I recently stayed at the Jumeriah Emirates Towers and was not sure of what my experience would be like especially after staying at Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf which is one of their sister properties and a resort based property. I was skeptical as I had been reading that it is a Business Hotel and I was going there with my mum for a leisurely Holiday. But I was very mistaken, even though it is a business hotel the atmosphere and ambience made it feel like a all rounder hotel. It was family friendly and accommodating as well as it being a business Hub. Well what can I say, when I entered the hotel, I definitely got the WOW factor. I had booked a standard room with breakfast and as I was a frequenter of Jumeirah Group I was upgraded to a Junior Club Suite, which was unexpected but a wonderful surprise. I was taken up to the room and shown everything by Firdous who checked us in and she gave us the personal treatment in showing us the room and how everything works. This is one-to-one service which you do not get at any other hotel. I have only experienced this In Jumeirah Hotels. As this was a celebratory trip for my Mums birthday, they had left an amazing cake in the room on our arrival and as an extra special bonus they gave us access to the club executive lounge too, which was ultra special. The room was outstanding as it had an entrance area, lounge bedroom and a large spacious bathroom. It was easy to lose things in the room it was that big. A small thing to note os that the beds were not comfortable and were extremely soft, but then the housekeeping team couldn't do enough, they showed us a number of options and then totally provided us with different beds in the room, which was superb. Me and my Mum slept like a baby after that. The amenities provided in the room were also very lush, leaving us smelling amazing. Well what can I say about the breakfast, a huge spread and very confusing first thing in the morning as what we should eat and what we shouldn't. After just one day the waiter knew our requirements and then from day 2 onwards it arrived automatically without requesting it. Now thats a personal service. The Sous Chef was very attentive and took to us so well he was always checking to see we were happy and looked after. What I like is the manager was also very attentive and getting his hands dirty as well as doing the rounds and ensuring the guests were happy. Now what can I say about the club executive lounge, the ambience was amazing. The spread at high tea and evening canapés was massive with lots of choice. Me and my mum on most nights only needed a very small dinner as after sampling everything on the canapés, there was little room for a full meal, However me and my mum at the restaurants we visited shared one meal between us. The girls who served us were very friendly and extremely attentive, and again after day one they knew our drink preferences for the next day onwards. I didn't use the pool but did see it, however it was on the small size, it faced the sun all day with no shade and Mundo overlooked it so was not much privacy. Obviously this did not bother me as I didn't use the pool as I was out exploring rather than at the hotel all the time. I must also state that the Housekeeping Service was amazing. Again after attending to us on the first day, they knew exactly what our room requirements were and our room was prepared twice daily exactly how we wanted it. Our housekeeper was very attentive and whenever we saw her in the corridor she always asked if the room was ok and whether we needed anything. Well what can I say, an amazing experience which will definitely bring me back to this hotel again. I also wanted to thank the following people personally: Firdous - Thank you for making our check in amazing and always checking on us to ensure we were happy during our stay and meeting all of our needs Siddhardha - Thank you so much for arranging the room upgrade also and I can't thank you enough for the Chocolates. Each time I eat one I think of you always. Also thank you for being attentive also and spending time talking to me and my mum, I know what a busy man you are but still you took time out for us. Mr Zeki - A super big thank you for taking time out and listening to me. As Hotel Manager I know you are busy, but you still spent some of your valuable time listening to me and allowing me to commend your hotel. You have worked hard to build a reputation at the hotel with your staff and I feel it is the best job you have done, providing an outstanding product and experience. Thank You Abdulla - I need to thank this person as our server in Mundo, he knew our requirements daily and made sure they were met each day without even me saying anything to him. He would approach us and confirm our order and all I would've to do is say yes. He also knew that after breakfast I like a Latte and it would be served as soon as the table was cleared after breakfast without me even asking. Now thats what I call amazing service Ismail Kureshi - As the chef in Mundo, he was very attentive to us. Made anything my mum required fresh rather than her having to take it from the buffet. He know we liked certain fruits and he would arrange those to be served to me as well as supply for us to take back to our room especially for my Mum. He showed a high level of concern and ensured that the food we got was perfect every time. Charissa - Now what can I Say about Charissa. She was absolutely superb. She cleaned our room with dedication and she knew our exact needs and ensured things were as we liked them. She even on her day off had briefed her replacement for the day who did do a good job but still not as good as Charissa. Every time we saw her in reception she would come running and greet me and my mum and ensure we were happy with the room and always asked if we needed anything else. And if we did ask for anything it would be there immediately. The service received from her was ultra fast and we didn't have to wait for things on the odd occasion we had made requests Naveen - He was based in concierge and he was extremely helpful. I needed some luggage labels and he arranged for one and then he spoke to Firdous and arranged for another two. He went out of his way and overtime we saw him in reception he would come running to ensure we were ok and happy Bea and Chelsea - Now these two girls in the Club Executive Lounge were amazing. They provided impeccable service. They provided me with the best herbal teas and they know exactly what alcoholic beverage I liked In the evenings without me even having to tell them. What I did like was that when they were not busy they would actually spend time having a conversation with me and that made me feel as they were interested genuinely in me as a person rather than it being fake interest because they were doing a job. They were both very genuine and very hardworking. They especially looked after my mum which matters to me a lot as if my Mum is happy that is most important to me Overall as you can see a number of people did stand out to me however everyone I came across at the hotel were extremely friendly and attentive. I also like the boulevard attached to the hotel, as this was a nice place to go for.a walk after food and kill some time. I made some close friends in the shops there and will definitely be visiting them again on my next trip I would like to finish off by saying that this hotel is a must stay and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting without thinking twice about it. The location is good just by the metro, has its own shopping mall, has a range of eateries, access to wold wadi, access to the beach and the shuttle to the Dubai Mall. A great hotel in a superb Location. Collapse

Visited beginning of May on a family holiday 2 rooms 4 people. The greeting on arrival was outstanding, very smooth check in and refreshing drinks and towels. Our room was located on the 18th floor and was very spacious and clean. The view of the financial district was ok (building works and the main road) we didn't spend much time in the hotel so we didn't ask to change rooms, my parents view was much better with the royal stables and Burj khalifa. At night I did hear the lifts whooshing past the floors but I was so tired for all the daily activities I eventually slept. Breakfast there was so much choice, from sushi to noodles to full English and continental along with freshly squeezed juices, it was the best breakfast I have ever seen at a hotel, with the added bonus that it was open until 11am. Pool is small, we didn't actually use it but it was nice to look out onto during breakfast. Concierge couldn't do enough for you, thank you to Mary for all your help. We booked wild wadi and Jumeriah beach access via them and also the night golf at Faldo. Shuttle service runs from the hotel to Jumeriah beach, Wild Wadi and the Mall which is useful, although quite busy in the morning, but they will put on 2 shuttles if there is not enough room on the first one, which is always helpful. Jumeriah beach access is free, and so are the non moterised sports (in the morning) you can use the pools and walk to any of the Jumeriah beaches, you can also charge any food and drink back to your hotel room. We used the beach lounge on a couple of occasions but one evening the service we got from the Shisha bar was a little disappointing, just a note to improve....... when serving a Shisha remove the top in front of the guest so they can see it's a new one. Wild Wadi, soooo much fun and no queues ! We went to Atlantis in a previous year and never again it was like Alton Towers on steroids all you do it queue all day and have queue jumping .... Wild Wadi on the other hand was polar opposite, they keep an eye on queue jumpers (although not worth it as queues were so small) I think I got on the screamer 5 times the matter of 45 min as there was no one else there, life guards and helpers everywhere. We went twice during our stay and well worth taking advantage of. Again you can charge meals to your room. We had brunch at Le Royal Meriden... this was spectacular, you had access to the beach and pool throughout the day and night and the Mexican themed brunch was amazing ! Really recommend this one, so much fun and hotel is wonderful too. Unfortunately zero gravity beach access is no longer included which is a disappointment, we paid to go there for the day and it was really enjoyable, plus the location is right by the Marina. I would say the only down side is that the shuttles are not often enough in the morning and evening, you have a shuttle at 9.30 and then 12.00 in the morning, it would be good if they had another around 10.30. And the same in the evening to have one later on as it's a little on the early side. Enjoyable holiday, impeccable service and I would definitely keep an eye out in my next holiday to stay with Jumeriah Hotels. I am not sure if I would stay in this hotel again only because we spent a lot of time by the marina area which put the cost up with taxi's. Collapse

This review will contain many comparisons to Jumeirah at Etihad Towers in Abu Dhabi which is part of the same brand and a newer establishment. The hotel is really good. But compared to the sister hotel Jumeirah at Etihad Towers in Abu Dhabi which we stayed at for 5 nights (it was excellent) the Emirate Towers did not measured up to expectations. The views of Burj Khalifa is preferable as it gives an outstanding view over the entire DIFC which is best at nights. Make sure to get Burj views. The rooms are very clean and spacious, even for us with 2 children in a Deluxe family room with twin beds. Our stay was very comfortable, but the beds were a bit to hard for a 5 star hotel. Comparing this to the beds at Etihad Towers which were like sleeping on clouds. Should consider upgrading the beds to the same ones. Breakfast at Mundos was great but I missed having a real pancakes station to get warm pancakes and crepes. But the selection was very good. It did tend to get very loud and I was very surprised to get unclean cups and plates on several occasions, not what I expected at this establishment. The staff was very professional and helpful, specially the front desk and concierge staff. But the other staff did lack the extra touch I had expected after the stay in Abu Dhabi. If you want to get the attention of the valet you have to drive up in a very exclusive car, they will actually run to you then. On several occasions I had to go get the valet and make sure I got the ticket and get assurance that they would take the car as I left it running. Once or twice I noticed that instead of attending the guests the valet staff were actually standing around admiring a Bentley or a Rolls. Their counterparts at Etihad Towers were very attentive to the guests and always greeted us with a smile when taking or returning the car. The breakfast staff at Etihad Towers learnt our preferences almost directly during or 5 nights there while during our 10 night stay at Emirate Towers the staff did not. Small things like this are what makes a good stay excellent and I felt that at Emirate Towers these were lacking, which was probably because having stayed at Etihad Towers just before. Apart from this, Emirate Towers is an excellent hotel which I would recommend primarily for business travelers. Not so much for families. The hotel gives complimentary access to the Wild Wadi Waterpark and the beach and pool at Jumeirah Beach Hotel, and you can even add purchases made there to your room which was very very convenient. Having small children this was priceless. The location of the hotel is truly unbeatable, close to everything like the metro (100 m away) and right on the Sheik Zayed Road (the main highway to get you everywhere). Collapse

Jumeirrah Emirates Towers is definitively luxurious and best hotel where we stayed. During all the stay, we had impression that we are in paradise. Whole stuff extremely friendly, extremely polite and with a constant smile. All willing to help if necessary. Central located hotel, next to the metro station is ideal choice for traveling around. Also, hotel offers free shuttle to the Dubai Mall shopping centre and to the Jumeirrah Beach hotel where you can enjoy for free staying on the beach next to the Burj Al Arab as well as on the exciting swimming pools of Jumeirrah Beach hotel. You can also use a wonderful tennis centre there with clay, hard and grass courts. Jumeirrah Emirates Towers hotel offers you a stunning view from each room as well as from the elevators and from the bar on its top. Extremely clean hotel. Couldn’t find any minor thing to say it was bad. Collapse
