We had such a fantastic stay at this hotel. For how central it is the price of the room was very reasonable. We were with in walking distance of everything we came to Amsterdam to do. We paid for the cheapest room option, a double/ twin room. It had everything we had expected and more. Room was very clean, and facilities were great (there’s an nespresso coffee machine and it is divine). The beds were so comfy too. The staff at the hotel were lovely and everything was very simple as they were very helpful. A perfect hotel for tourist / persons looking to be central to the wonders of Amsterdam, without having to pay overly expensive room rates. Collapse

Don't listen to the bad views!! This hotel is EVERYTHING!!! You are right across from the water/canal/Opera house/bridge. We took the pizza cruise and our hotel was on it... kinda cool!! A must do by the way! Ok... i mean like; 4 steps from the front hotel door is a small convenient store. Coke/t-shirts/chips/candy/bike rental/cigarettes if you smoke and such. But is expensive!!! Like 12 steps away is a little alley street (very clean alley street/nice restaurants/shops on it. Street maaaaaybe 100 steps long.) that takes you to the back of the hotel which is Rembrandt square!! Who knew? There are several nice restaurants/weed shops/street food/McDonald's/subway/pizza/Starbucks/Dunkin donuts/bars/movie theater in english literally 1/4 of a mile from the front door. AWESOME!! The main Rembrandt bus/tram/train station is also located there. So get a tram pass... PLEASE!! You won't regret it!! We walked a lot. But some times it was just worth it. There is a weed/coffee shop that opens are 7am (Hunters). EVERYTHING else opens at 9am-10am. The staff is AMAZING!! Didn't eat here; but the pastries and fresh juice out daily looked great! The rooms are very clean!! The bathrooms are a nice size. Full deep bathtub. Shower. White. Clean. The beds/bedding are sooooooo comfortable!! There is only (1) english station... and the shows were on repeat for a week. The carpets are clean! The halls/bar/lobby/lobby restrooms are very clean! Nice. We stayed on the 5th floor. front of the hotel looking over the canal/opera house #527. The room on the ads... it was so nice!!! The heater had the room very hot! This hotel is in the best location possible! Quiet. Close. Fun. Friendly. Convenient. We took a train to central station from the airport ($30 euro for 2 round trip cards). From central station take a tram to rembrandt square. That will be the back of the hotel. A taxi is $20 american dollars to the hotel from central station. Buy ALLLL your drinks for the room duty free at the airport... trust me!!! A can of coke is $3 euro on the streets. When you are in your airport buy the biggest bottle of water you can carry. Their water is mineral water due ti their poor irrigation... TRUST ME!! The water is kinda gross. I ll know next time! Hope this helps... Love y'all!! Collapse

Location; Easily accessible from Rembrandtplein, from front & back of the hotel. Right next to the canal and within minutes walk of the Blue Bridge, Skinny Bridge, Xtracold Ice bar & any number of bars, pubs & places to eat. Hotel; Very quick check in, small amount of city tax to pay on arrival. All the information was given to us at check in. Spacious room with a large bed (UK superking) 2 fully opening windows with blackout curtains and fully working air con/central heating. Plenty of pillows, minibar, safe & hanging space. Bathroom is a good size, large mirror, and large bath (I am 5ft 3” and could comfortably lie flat in it) with overhead shower, again plenty of towels as well. Ice machine & shoe shine at the end of our corridor. Had a slight problem with the key card no working on the second night but was very quickly sorted at the reception. Room key also needed to gain entry to lift at all times & entrance to hotel in the evening (nice safety feature) Collapse

This hotel was lovely. The rooms were small but it was ideal as we didn’t spend much time in them. They were cleaned everyday after we had left room. Man on the concierge desk was very friendly and helpful.
