Hotel website should state that shuttle from train stop to hotel is available and post schedule. It is not a short walk, it is a strenuous hike up a steep incline which takes at least half hour. Beds are not as comfortable as most Hilton's I have experienced. Pillows were terrible. Infinity pool on roof is not heated, or heater wasn't on. As a Diamond member, I expected daily bottled water but was informed that it was only given on arrival. Hotel restaurant choices lacked local cuisine which was disappointing. One restaurant called Arara, a bistro, we tried one night but left before ordering food because rap music was playing and the "n" word, "f" word, "b" word and rape are not words I want to ever hear, especially while in a nice resort. I would have told the Arara staff, but not sure if they would understand our complaints, because I don't think they even understood the words of the USA gangster trash they were playing. The resort has about 10 paddle ball courts, and the play goes on until 11pm, so be prepared to not sleep until after the play ends. The shuttle service was great, and the drivers very nice. Overall, it was OK, if I was paying for it instead of using points, I would have been very disappointed. Collapse
Nice hotel but some are misleading

Attending hotel with a friend for weekend away. On arrival lovely, well presented hotel. Would be stuck location wise without a car, didn't see the complmentary shuttle service much. Towels in the room were very small and minimal. One towel each but very small. Couldn't make use of the bath as it was in the actual room and as I was staying with a friend, we didn't know each other that well. The indoor pool was misleading. The advertised pool is actually the spa and there is an additional fee for this. We did make use of the rooftop pool (15 euros a day) which was well worth it but it was disheartening to see other people lay on the beds with bathroom towels and getting away with not paying the charge. Also we could not use outside pool as it was taped off which we were dissappinted about and we werenm't notified of this. A very short supply of tea/coffee in the room, so take your own! But hotel very clean and very well presented. Linen on beds clean, and room made evey day. Reception staff very welcoming and attentive. Overall a nice break. Collapse

This Resort is absolutely beautiful, but leaves a lot to be desired. First of all, make sure you know about the hotel shuttle service so you don’t walk the steepest hill ever with your luggage to get there. The website says it’s a mere 300 feet! It is crazy steep and to far to walk. Second, there is no Concierge, not a map of the Resort. Good luck with getting around the Resort or finding tours, etc. No landlines in room, so if you need anything, there are in room cell phones for you to use. Ours didn’t work because the charging cable had a short. Lastly, most uncomfortable sleep I’ve had in a while. Hard and flat old pillows, and the bed seemed futon mattress quality. Although the views are gorgeous, the room was not sound proof, so the tennis that went on until after 11pm kept us awake for sure. I would consider this Resort a tennis facility as I’ve never seen so much tennis played at the 15 courts(at least), in my life! Food is ok if you can find the restaurants. Also, every single place down by the beach closed by 630pm, it must be because it’s November and off season, I don’t know! The last shuttle back up to Resort is at 625pm I wouldn’t recommend this place, unless you’re a late night tennis fanatic! Collapse

This is a beautiful modern hotel with 4 restaurants (the Michelin starred Sollo is wonderful), a spa, gym, tennis courts, swimming pools - the infinity pool on the top floor is spectacular. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is a shuttle heading to the beach, the train station and to a large mall. There is parking on site at no charge. Our room, a king one bedroom suite with balcony overlooking the sea, was fantastic. The decor is fabulous: modern, all white with pops of colour, curved spaces. Really cool! Breakfast was quite varied - including cava! Collapse

We were here for the second time and now with friends. Breakfast is great. One outdoor (smallest) could have been heated. Even the chargeable roof pool was ice cold. Indoor pool was great The pool bar offers good food.
