Friendly and helpful staff. Property is very clean. Lady at the hotel reservation was extremely polite, helpful and welcoming. She makes you feel a valued guest at the hotel. Heathrow airport is not far and London city is accessible from the hotel.

I used to stay at this hotel regularly but then when they commenced their bar refurbishment work the whole place seemed to go downhill. The refurbishment work is now complete (I'm not totally sure that the work has done very much, it still looks the same to me). However, the service is now much better and the staff seem to be delivering service and providing a good place to stay. The room are nice and well appointed. The previous issue of my ordering a morning newspaper and it not arriving had been sorted it seems since it's arrived now on both occasions I've stayed, although I do think some staff need training on how to order the papers. Breakfast is also extensive and the chef takes real pride in his food, which is great to see. One area of improvement could be that the person who greets you to take your room number could be more proactive and take you to a table and explain things to you rather than just letting you try and guess. Overall, a great hotel. Collapse

We arrived early but the helpful staff were quick to book us into our room, the short wait was helped along with the warm cookies we were given. The room was everything we needed it to be the only thing that would have improved our stay would have been to be able to open a window. Breakfast was perfect with lots of choice and most importantly, good coffee. Would stay again! Collapse

Very convenient for T2 and T3 but make sure you check your room before going to sleep- rooms at the front of the room and especially the ground floor rooms are really, really noisy from about 4am- you will not get a good night's sleep.

I have stayed here multiple times, one thing I appreciate is the consistency and the fact that every time I come the service is at the same level. Its a small hotel, don't be fooled it really is not that close to the airport when you have much closer ones higher up the bath road such as Radisson, Park in etc. The hotel has a shuttle but as with most they are expensive and work out the same as getting a taxi. The hotel itself is nice and clean inside, always smells pleasant and looks tidy. The rooms are small but nice and clean. They could do with a bit of a style upgrade just to keep in with the time. However everything is spotless which is important and the beds are nice and soft. What I like is as a Hilton Member, you can log into the website and choose your room 24 hours before and also request extra towels and pillows. On some occasions the room I selected was not the room I got so they may want to improve on this service, as it can be quiet annoying if you are expecting a certain room and you are not provided with it. Also worth knowing as a Hilton member you will be on a specific floor for members which is a nice touch. The hotel is not really close to much, there is a Tesco express over the road and further down about 5 minutes away you have a KFC and Starbucks. I cant comment on the food I have never had breakfast here as I am normally leaving very early for a flight. What I did find bizarre was on one occasion a security guard knocked on our door and asked if we was having a party I said no and he continued to interrogate me looking into the room and would not leave me alone, they must have thought me walking back In the hotel with a dominos pizza and bottle of coke was a party. I found this a little bit insulting and although small and minor I would most likely spend my money on the other hotels by bath road who don't insult me as a guest. Having said that not all staff members are good and you get the good ones and bad ones, so It would not put me off entirely going again. Check in and check out both simple I use express checkout which is easier for me. I like the fact you get a cookie at check in. Facilities are limited, bar and breakfast area is nice its all open plan in the main reception area which is also the lobby area so its basically everything rolled into one. Collapse
