Stayed here 1 night for flight next morning. Hotel location was fine. Was concerned walking up we noticed flight path was directly above Travelodge across street but pleasantly surprised we didn't get the noise in the room. Room was very clean. Only disappointment was no coffee maker in room, only instant coffee packs but coffee was available at the bar. Easy checkin, the lobby and bar looked very nice. Everything was clean. We did not eat in the restaurant. All staff very pleasant. The bar staff as well. We had bought a couple drinks at a store for in the room. The bartender even opened them for us with his opener. There are computers with printer for printing boarding pass which I greatly appreciated. We chose the public bus from/to airport. Bought an oyster card across street at NEET convience. To Heathrow central, Bus 105 stops very near hotel. £1.50 . Much cheaper and quicker than the hoppa bus at £5. I would stay here again if i needed an airport hotel. No more than 1 night tho because there really is limited businesses(restaurants/pubs)around it. Collapse

I reserved the room for 16-19th March for some reason I checked in the hotel almost midnight. During check in 2 of my credit cards were declined, then I offered cash but in US dollar but they refused that I have to change to pound and asked to go back to airport. I have no alternative to go back to terminal II of Heathrow airport with Uber car the only available transport. The distance between the hotel and Heathrow airport is quite far not close at it mentioned. I came back to the hotel with pounds and paid in cash for three nights. Next day I put my jeans and t-shirt in provided plastic laundry bag on the floor in my room. I came back to the room in the evening but the plastic bag still on the floor then ring the reception but they said that I have to bring the plastic to the reception, I said there is no instruction on the plastic that it should delivered to the reception. What on earth that plastic laundry to br given to the reception! Then I wrote a note to house keeping but no action taken, therefore I cancelled the laundry. Collapse

The hotel has a vending machine for bus tickets and even wall sockets so this is really nice. Collapse

Just needed a bed for the night. Plenty of parking at £12.50 for the night. Staff were incredibly helpful and the bedrooms were clean, modern and comfortable. Shower was great and wifi was fine. Would go back again.

I stayed at the property for 5 nights during my visit. When I walked in, no one greeted me. I had to approach the staff member and say hello first. Once my presence was acknowledged, I was informed that my room was not yet ready and he had no idea when my room would be ready. After grabbing some food, I came back in 20 minutes and was warmly greeted by a staff member whose last name is similar to Janella. She was the sweetest and warmest staff member. She informed me that my room was ready and provided the keys. Pros: Room was clean, bathroom was clean, the room was warm, and the room had a descent smell. The Fish & Chips was suberb Cons: I stayed there for 5 nights and my sheets and pillows were never switched. My bathtub looked as if the housekeeping splashed some water around it and did not thoroughly clean it. The staff is rude. If you are not a man, the staff (especially the male staff) completely dismiss you. I didn't catch the names of them all, but every time I had to speak with a male staff they were very dismissive to me (I'm a female). Also, the restaurant staff is not attentive. I had to keep raising my hand whenever I wanted refills on my drink, wanted to order desert, and wanted my check. Lastly, the walls are very thin. The last 2 nights I heard my neighbor snoring the entire night. When I told the front desk staff member, he just said ok. He didn't apologize for the inconvenience- he just said okay. He said the manager would email me, but its now 3 days later and the manager has still not emailed me. Overall, don't expect much customer service here- only Janella (who is an intern) was pleasant.
