Great Staff, great views, great pool

The staff was lovely, friendly and accommodating. The pool and hot tubs were wonderful. I would like better business services available for working at the hotel, and Quality Starbucks service at our near the hotel.

The hotel was marvelous ! We didn't realize the hotel had gifts shops almost like a mini mall on the lobby floor .There were several restaurants and gift shops to choose from.There is a Publix store walking distance and convenient for last minute ite… See more
The hotel was marvelous ! We didn't realize the hotel had gifts shops almost like a mini mall on the lobby floor .There were several restaurants and gift shops to choose from.There is a Publix store walking distance and convenient for last minute items for your stay.We had an excellent city and bay view.The customer service was superb.However,the hotel said service pets only.Well customers brought all size pets in and out of that hotel.I only recall two customers that actually had service dogs but the rest were pets.They brought their pets on and off the elevators.Some pets left urine on the elevator but I believe the hotel tried to stay discrete about it by sending housekeeping to clean the elevators every so often.Another issue was the housekeeping.Our stay consisted of 3 nights.One night we had a large crab boil(crab legs,shrimp,crawfish,corn,potatoes,and sausages).Below is the before pic when the crab boil was ready to eat.Notice how many crab legs was in the pan.Long story stort,we didn't eat much so we said we would save the rest for the next day.The next day we engaged in watersports.When we came back to our condo,we noticed housekeeping had cleaned our condo.However,someone from housekeeping went in our crab boil.We were CONVINCED it was housekeeping because the pan was in a different spot when we returned.Talk about unprofessional.Housekeeping had no business taking food from our pan ! And to make matters worse,they took so much where they only left two crablegs and a bunch of crawfish.The crab boil serving size was prepared for 6 ppl.Keep in mind we didn't eat much of it that night so there was plenty of it left for 6ppl to enjoy a second serving.Now we could have called front desk,but we felt like it would be our word against housekeeping.Moving forward I know to keep purchased food AND personal belongings up.Overall my experience there was nothing but great memories.This hotel is will be our main hotel when we return to Miami in December. Awful check in, associate did set a reasonable time for our room to be ready, after 1 hour he stated another 1-2 hours, so we took the next available room, which was a downgrade and nothing was adjusted. AC failed. Asked for pool towels and it took 37 minutes. Very bad experience, very unusual for any Hilton Hotel to perform this badly. Collapse

Don't Stay Here, Try The Marriott Next Door

My room had 3 roaches, and the air was broken. They sent someone on 2 separate occasions to fix the air but to no avail. We were then moved to another room, went out for the day, came back and found a roach in that room. Never staying there again.
