I spend several months in the hotel due to my work assignment to a project in Aqaba and I feel like at home in the hotel. I highly recommend the hotel during stay for business or for vacation. The attention of all personnel was excellent.

We stayed two nights. Nice place, comfortable room and friendly staff. However, breakfasts is a buffet that was okay. Unfortunately, there is not an option of having a menu alternative for those who do not like buffet. The restaurant needs better organization with providing silverware in case there is no spoon on the table and would benefit from a better quality of food. Collapse

We enjoyed three nights here on a reward stay, it was great value at 10,000 points per night in comparison to US and European city hotels. Check in was very good and the receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The room was nice at first glance but very noisy particularly on the Thursday and Friday nights due to facing the main road, Jordainian live to use there car horns at every available opportunity! The furniture was a little dated and the floor tiles coming loose but all in a all a nice enough room with a great bed and feather pillows. The mini bar was broken and it took two calls and a visit to reception for maintenance to attend and replace it. Then the TV wasn't working so maintenance came back and fixed it, it actually stopped working every night and required another visit on the third night after we managed to play with the plug and fix it ourselves on night two! The hotel has a nice if small pool area but the music is pretty loud if you want to relax and get a little sleep in. The bars were expensive as are all in Jordan. The buffet breakfast was 7JD per person and pretty good value but service was hit and miss, had to ask for tea and coffee each morning and for refills, tables were half laid up with various cutlery or cups missing on every table. The young chef on the egg station didn't really speak English and had to get help if you ordered anything other than omelette, that said the Eggs Royale were very nice once ordered! The car park is a dirt patch next to the hotel but serves it purpose and is free. The hotel is right in the middle of town with the local area on one side and more touristy on the other so well positioned for the best of both worlds. The hotel doesn't have beach access but runs a shuttle and provides free entry to Talabay resort about 15 minutes away. We had the car and drove here both days, it's a nice enough complex with beach, pools and marina. The first day we handed over over our tickets and drive straight in, the second day a big fuss was made because we didn't have our passports (nobody told us to take them and we weren't even asked for them on day one) and we made to park across the highway and walk into the complex! Very odd. All in all a good stay and we would return but more 3 star property by western standards than 4/5. Collapse

This hotel was comfortable and clean. The location was busy, but once you are in your room, you wouldn't know that. We had an ocean view; so nice to wake up to in the morning. Everyone was helpful and accommodating to any questions. There was this awesome coffee place across the street. The rooftop restaurant was very good also. We would definitely stay here again.
