We stayed at this hotel for one night , the rooms were good , clean , we tried the pool and enjoyed it , and the staff were very helpful . But , first we weren't able to use the wifi they told us it is not free (maybe we were a with a group dnw) them the hotel is far from the city center so no you can't go by walking and for the dinner since we had no other option we were onliged to dine in the hotel , the Hotel restaurant is overpriced and not worth it. The breakfast buffet is good with more sweet food than salty , for me it was not bad because I prefer sweet things . The buffet staff were very nice and helpful. Would recommend this hotel for people going from a city to another and passes by Verona. Collapse

I had no choice about staying in this hotel as I was part of a tour group. This is easily the ugliest, most unfriendly hotel I have ever had the misery of staying in. This is as far from an Italian experience as I have ever seen. No one travelling for pleasure should stay here. This hotel is the epitome of modern ugly. Tall, garish, unappealing. The decor is stark and cold. The security is excellent, but so strict that you cannot visit a friend or family member on a different floor as your key card will only take you to your floor. Safe, but ridiculous. The safe is my room was locked open. I contacted the desk three times about this and they did nothing. The breakfast was fair. The eggs were runny and there was no whole milk for coffee or cereal. We dined there once for dinner. That was one time too many. The maitre d' was grouchy because we had no reservation although the place was virtually empty. Service was slow. The food was terrible. To get the lights and outlets to work, you had to put a key in a slot. This is a typical requirement in Europe and an excellent way to save energy. The problem is that it also meant the night light was on all night in the bathroom. A fine idea, but it was so bright that it lit up the bedroom all night and since the bathroom door is GLASS, I could not block out the light without taking out the key and shutting everything else off. When I inquired at the desk about this, they told me to put something in front of the light to block it. Many other room did not have this particular issue (why????), but mine did. I was told is was a safety issue and could not be disabled although many others in my group had no nightlight. Overall, this hotel barely warrants the one star minimum. Collapse

Comfortable and clean this hotel aims at business stay or organized group tours. Offering comfortable facilities to work in room. Lost in the middle of abandoned factories and warehouses, it is slightly outside of the city, which makes the commuting panful for tourism. There is a hotel shuttle service on booking, but it does not run often enough and the 8 seats are often taken. It is a pity. The local buses are also a good alternative. The pool is very nice to relax after a day in the city. The TV offering could be improved. The bed is very nice. The view is the one of the suburb, so not very exciting. But this is not what you look for if you come here. The door of the bathroom is translucent glass, so depending on the configuration of your room it may not be comfortable to be inside as the door is right by the bedside! There is also a curtesy light by the toilet that allows you to go in without turning on the light, but as the door is translucent, you get too much light at night. It would be nice to be able to turn it off. The hotel has a reception room that can be used for party. Ask if there is any party planned during your stay and request a room on the opposite side. The music can get really loud right by your window. If you are jogger, you will find a curtesy booth with water, orange and towel t the reception. This is nice. It is a reasonable compromise of price/distance remaining a comfortable choice. Collapse

This is a wonderful hotel that is very modern and clean! The staff is super courteous and helpful! The food from room service was great as was the breakfast. They were nice enough to hold our luggage even after we checked out so we could show our parents around Verona. They also provide a free shuttle to and from the city center. I wish I had more time to visit the pool and enjoy the rest of the many hotel amenities. Go here and relax, don't worry, the hotel will take care of your every want and need! Collapse

The hotel itself is lovely. The staff were very friendly and the facilities were very good. Nice roof top sunbathing area, pool and spa. Our room was lovely and clean, drinks at the bar were reasonable although they do charge a 4 euro city tax with each round. if we had known that we would have got several rounds in one. What lets this hotel down is the location. its in the middle of an industrial estate so not really any bars etc to walk out to. We did find a small bar in the middle of a residential estate but was full of locals so we just felt a bit vulnerable. Its also on the out skirts of Verona. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus which you have to book, but it is not very frequent. Cabs into the city range from 9-15 euros each way. The staff were very friendly and helpful Collapse
