Hotel provides 5 star quality services with affordable prices. There are two hotel blocks: New tower block and the old one connected to each other. In each block, mainly two room categories; standard (named standard or business at the old part and club room at new tower block) and suite (named studio or suite at the old part and club studio at new tower block) Rooms are refurbished recently at the old part and refurbishment is continuing at the lower floors. All rooms at the new tower block are club rooms which have Club Lounge access with complimentary club breakfast and hors d’oeuvres throughout the day at the ground floor. Therefore breakfast is automatically included in room price. At the old part, you have to pay additionally for breakfast. A newly renovated fitness serves on the second floor of the old building. As the hotel is located in a very big complex, there are lots of dining and shopping facilities interconnected with the hotel. The big park near the hotel helps relaxing and jogging. Rooms and breakfast is standard for such level of hotel. If you have room looking to the river, the view is stunning. Staff is really friendly and smiling anywhere in the hotel Collapse

The hotel itself is beautiful I must say. You are welcomed by a grand lobby. I stayed in the club lounge which is new annex of the hotel. Modern , bright and clean. It's part of the world trade centre. It's very convenient if you are here for business only. All the shops , boutiques , shopping and food shops are within the hotel complex. They are expensive but that's the choice of staying in 5 stars :). The rooms are huge, beautiful view overlooking the river and bright lit business towers. The bathroom is huge, plenty of toiletry products for whole family. Huge towels that can cover the surface of the earth. Beds are very comfortable The staff is great and helpful. The breakfast was very nice too. Breakfast staff very friendly too There are few nice restaurant outside hotel: boschka (top class food .. Must try) it's bit expensive but worth every penny U can take river cruise near by .. Raddison. There's shopping mall walking distance near the bridge (raddison) Only negative is location is far from Moscow centre (red square) you need to take taxi to metro (about 5 euro) Then metro about half euro. To centre it will take 25 mins Overall great hotel for business But if you sight see ..choose hotel closer to metro station unless u don't mind paying expensive taxi rides. Enjoy. Collapse

The Crowne Plaza World Trade Centre, itself, was a very good hotel and conference centre but I rated this hotel as 4 stars out of 5 because the hotel staff, particularly at the reception, were cold and more than unhelpful. A couple of times I went to reception when they were quiet, I was completely ignored by two available staff behind the desk. I did not feel welcome at all. Borderline English was spoken at reception but in the hotel outside the reception, including in the hotel's restaurants, very little English was spoken except by the women in the gift shops who spoke good English. I would not recommend buying anything in the hotel's gift shops as they were extraordinarily expensive. Our hotel room was very nice, approximately 20 years old, very clean, flat screen TV, large desk, sitting area and the bathroom had a bathtub with shower which was good. Our room had a view of the Moscow River across the street, some of Moscow in the distance and of one of the Seven Sisters buildings built by Stalin. The road below was noisy and busy and we could hear the traffic below even at night but the traffic noise did not disturb my sleep because the traffic quieted significantly at night and the sound proofing in the hotel blunted sufficient noise that it did not bother me. This hotel has a large, well equipped gym with several treadmills and ellipticals and at least one stationary bike as well as all of the usual other equipment. The hotel is attached to several office buildings as well as the World Trade Centre and a shopping mall which includes a grocery store which proved most useful. There was a very extensive and excellent buffet breakfast included (5/5). This hotel is on the Moscow River and very near (2 block walk) some very newly built and interesting skyscrapers. This hotel is 3 to 4 miles (one hour walk) from downtown Moscow and Red Square. I can highly recommend this hotel except for the miserable staff especially at reception. Collapse

The hotel is among Moscow’s best 5-star properties and that is especially noticed when you look at your modest bill at the end of your stay. The hotel has got extremely competitive prices, but there is something: It’s far from Moscow’s prominent tourist attractions. There is always a long ride to any of the sites you want to go. That’s why I say it’s perfect for those on business. And of course it’s called Crowne Plaza Moscow “World Trade Centre” for some reason. Nonetheless, Moscow International Business Center is in walking distance with the nice Afimall City and the eye-catching skyscrapers. My wife and I had a very pleasant stay though. We were upgraded to clubrooms which are much roomier and have large windows with great views of the river. The furniture and decoration are modern and overall the room is one of the best 5-star hotel rooms in that price range. The amenities were of great variety and the generously free snacks could only be found in other hotels’ minibars with crazily high price tags. One bad thing was that at the time of our stay the pool was under construction and no other option, like another hotel's pool, was offered to the guests. The hotel is enormous and has got many facilities most of which I think are thanks to it being a business Hotel. There was an exchange office in the lobby offering pretty fair exchange rates. There were also many boutiques, restaurants, a florist and even a mini supermarket in the hotel. It has got one of the most beautiful hotel lobbies in Moscow that had even caught my eye when I was going through the reviews on tripadvisor before going there. The breakfast was great every day. I love Sushi and was thrilled to see it on the breakfast buffet every morning. We had buffet lunch at two occasions too and there was nothing to complain. I finally had the chance to try the famous Russian soup “Borscht” and just loved it. I would like to especially compliment the chef and thank the head butler who had tasty desert served for us when it was around 4 pm way past lunch hour. And so the most pleasant thing was the service. The staff were great, very attentive and kind; like the receptionist who helped us find an address after making several calls and inquiries. All in all, I’d recommend the place for both tourists and business travelers. Even if you have to catch a cab to Red Square or take the subway to other attractions, Crowne Plaza Moscow World Trade Center has enough to offer to make it worthwhile. Collapse
