We stayed in an executive room for 4 nights and it was an excellent choice for us. The hotel is situated next to a train and a metro station making transport from the airport and to Copenhagen centre very easy. It has a large mall near by too which proved handy for snacks, shopping and some meals (food court on top floor with adequate choice). Our room was large, had a nice view of 'the bridge', had a good quality mattress which along with excellent sound proofing gave us 4 excellent nights sleep. The front desk staff and the guys in the bar were without doubt the most helpful and friendly we have met for a long time. We arrived via train (24kr each per journey) and we left via the airport shuttle (very good value of 15kr each). The hotel has a good gym with lots of equipment and you can also use the gym in the nearby mall. There are 3 running routes available in reception, 3, 5 & 10km which give you a great appreciation of how the neighbourhood is currently being developed and some great cross country paths nearby highlighting fabulous Danish architecture and design. The Club Lounge was such a treat too. It didn't spoil our trip not being in the centre of Copenhagen because the centre is so accessible from the hotel. Every stay is allowed to miss housekeeping for 1 day and you're rewarded with a green voucher of 75kr for use in the hotel. Could we suggest recycling bins per room? This hotel and its staff was faultless for us and we are very pleased we chose to stay here. Thanks for a great vacation. Collapse

This is a beautiful hotel that os conveniently located near a metro station and the airport. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I have a couple of small cons for this hotel: 1. Though the water pressure was fantastic the hot water got lukewarm at best. 2. You could only adjust your A/C by 3 degrees, so I was sweating while trying to sleep. 3. They advertise a shuttle to and from the airport, however, they do not tell you it is 3 or 4 DK per person (and not free) until after you book it. Other than those small hiccups it was a great place to stay. The executive lounge had plentiful snacks and drinks in a relaxing environment. Collapse

This hotel is fine. It's very close to the super reliable Metro, and the staff we've encountered has been friendly and helpful. We appreciate the gratis bottled water, and the proximity of the ice machine, and nice toiletries. My husband disagrees with my 3 stars and would give it 4. So let's call it 3.5. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived at 12:40pm and we were told we could upgrade for $29/night or wait until 2pm. We chose to upgrade. The "environmentally friendly" climate settings, however, are miserable if you run hot like both my husband and I do. We're spending as little time in the room as possible while we are at the hotel and choosing to catch up on emails and FB from the lobby where the temperature is comfortable. We called to ask if there was a trick to make it a bit cooler, and were told "it's just your body temperature." (The unit says 20.5, or 69F, but we both judge it to be closer to 75F) The bathtub is elevated and slick, and I slipped getting in and banged the %€£* out of my knee, which has made for some pleasant walking conditions while site-seeing. My 6'3 husband disagrees with me as to this being an issue. I'm 5'4. The upgrade to include breakfast was $59/day, so we skipped that and grabbed juice and a pastry at the coffee shop on our way out in the mornings. We will probably stay in the city on our next stay in Copenhagen, but this is a decent choice if you're using rewards points like we have been, or if you don't mind a warm room. Collapse

We stayed one night here to break up the journey home from Iceland to Australia. Close to the airport and public transport. Two minutes walk to "Field's" shopping centre. Helpful, attentive staff. We ate a meal in the hotel restaurant, "Bark". Their signature meal here are burgers. Yum, I had the BEST burger, the Danish burger. Soft, succulent meat, soft bun- just delicious!! They also specialise in gin and tonics. Well, I am now converted. I had the gin & tonic with ginger and lemon. This is now my new drink of choice! Great customer service. Lovely sized room and bathroom. Best of all, the curtains are heavy so we had a great nights sleep in a dark room! Collapse

We decided to stay away from the city centre this time around and it was a great decision as this amazing eco hotel was perfect for us. Only 10minute metro/train ride away from the city centre we felt like we were in future land. Our executive room was very spacious and we had great views from the 11th floor. Bed was very comfortable and big with soft white sheets in it. We had access to the executive lounge and it was amazing, tasty organic food for breakfast and snacks at dinner time, drinks included. We had our 1,5 year old with us and the staff was so tentative to our needs. Would highly recommend this hotel and will stay again when we travel to Copenhagen. Collapse
