We travelled for a wedding in Niagara Falls. Booked on Expedia early for a great rate. Had a presidential suite. Very spacious room. The king bed was very comfortable and I couldn't feel my husband move when he would stir in the night. Two awesome nights of rest. The room is very clean. You get a great view of the awesome fireworks from the room, at least on the side of the building we were in (room 912). You can walk to the Falls, casino and Clifton Street very easily. The staff were all friendly, from the desk to the parking lot. They were noticeably more friendly than a lot of other experiences. They seemed happy, not trained canned customer service skills. It was really nice. I highly recommend. I didn't eat on site but friends had the breakfast buffet and said it was great Collapse

This is our 3rd stay at the Courtyard Marriott and we will be coming back again. The front desk staff was very accommodating and was able to give our party the adjoining rooms and other location requests we wanted. The rooms are a good size and well appointed with a fridge, coffee maker and lovey citrus soaps. Housekeeping was very good and asked each day if we needed anything extra for our stay (Thank you Marie!). The breakfast buffet at the Keg restaurant at the hotel was the perfect start to each day. Before you book (and even after you book) check for packages the hotel has that include breakfast, dinner vouchers ect. for the same price as room only. We were able to get a better price and package deal by calling the hotel directly. Collapse

This hotel is perfectly located to many attractions including The Falls, Clifton Hill, Skylon Tower and others. Clifton Hill is about 5 mins walk and full of numerous activities. I took a ride on the skywheel which provides a magnificent view of the Falls especially at night when they are illuminated. The hotel itself offers a wonderful tour package which includes 7 different attractions, one of which is the Hornblower boat which takes you right up to the Falls where you get soaking wet. That tour is a must. You also get to go in the tunnels and stand right next to and directly behind the Falls. At 10pm there are fireworks over the Falls weather permitting. This is a truly spectacular event. Don't miss it. You can also walk to the Falls. It takes about 15 mins. If you can, take a wine tasting and vineyard tour. Eat before you go or choose a tour which includes lunch. The tour by the company Grape and Wine tours was the one I took. There are several tour options to choose from. Also do dinner at the Revolving Dining Room in the Skylon Tower. It is over 750 ft in the air and revolves, providing you with absolutely magnificent views of both the American and Canadian Falls or you can choose to only visit the observation deck. This tower is less than 10 mins walk from the hotel. The hotel itself is nice and there are innumerable places where you can eat in addition to the hotel's restaurant "The Keg". The rooms are large and staff very kind and helpful. There are many things to do in Niagara Falls and this hotel is conveniently located to access the sites. I would definitely stay there again. Unfortunately the malls are not located nearby and one needs to take a taxi. To go to the Outlet Collection at Niagara it was CAN$60 round trip. It is a very big mall about 20 mins drive one-way. My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary as we have many other times before with our family. Usually they have excellent value for your money with extras such as vouchers for your meal at the Keg, breakfast, and things to do. We always get the King suite with the whirlpool tub. I have left great reviews, but sadly not this time. Unfortunately, when I used the tub during our stay, to my dismay, it was not cleaned properly and there was leftover soap everywhere on the bottom of the tub and clumps on the side that I couldn't see until I sat in it. This was incredibly disgusting and unsanitary, not to mention absolutely disturbing and unacceptable. There are communicable diseases that can be passed this way and boy did Marriott Courtyard drop the ball on this one!! I was livid and the night manager could do nothing but ask us to speak to the management team in the morning. I did not sleep well and it wrecked our stay. Would anyone who works at the hotel like to bathe after a guest? I reported this in the morning. The parking fee was waived and I was offered an upgrade next time I come. I am not interested in an upgrade as I may not return any time soon. I wanted more done to address this, and the female manager said that she would contact the property manager and call me back as she was limited. I am STILL WAITING! I feel completely devalued and unappreciated as a repeat guest and my concern was not taken seriously enough. Completely unprofessional and the housekeeping is beyond subpar. Collapse
