We arrived at lunchtime to an efficient check in. The drop off with jet 2 is at the bottom of the road by the petrol station. You can either walk up about 20 steps and then take suitcase up the hill or walk around the corner and miss out the steps- this is a bit daunting on the first day but good exercise. The hill isn't too steep and wouldn't let this put anyone off. We had a pram, 2 kids and 3 suitcases and managed just fine. Our room was ready so we headed straight to get changed. The rooms are large and spacious, we had no issues with 5 of us sharing- there is loads of space to hang stuff up, a couple of drawers and a few shelves. We managed just fine! There is a washing line outside each room and we had lots of pegs. But took some just in case The pool is large and even on hot days with everyone in it there is room to move. Plenty of sun beds for everyone even if you don't come down until after lunch you will get a bed maybe just not one on the front row- we were a bit cheeky and got up at 5 to make sure we got the exact ones we wanted. We were the first to put them down usually!! There are also lots of parasols and tables available too. The snack bar always had fruit, usual burgers, hot dogs etc. They also have all the drinks but no spirits. The pool bar served hot food and ice cream to pay for and all the drinks you needed included in AI. There are lifeguards stationed at the pool from 9.30 till 7 which is good and reassuring and inflatables are allowed. The pool is not heated and my daughter did on occasion need hot chocolate to warm up but that's due to the weather more than anything. It also tastes a bit salty but not like the sea! It's the filter process that is used- it's doesn't sting your eyes like sea salt. The food was a good choice, breakfast was a bit greasy but manageable- lots of choice, avoid a long que after 9.30 as everyone tries to get in! The beach is about 10 mins walk straight down the hill and water is gorgeous! The sand/pebbles can be hot to walk on but the water is clear as anything and you. And see the fish in the water. The breakers can be a bit rough but once you get beyond that it's calm. The sun beds and parasols at the beach are €6 each per day but if you plan to head down frequently you can buy a parasol for about €15 - might save some money in the long run. People complain about people being rude in the restaurant and this is down to the guests- the hotel cannot do anything about this and think it's the culture most of the time! The staff are friendly- a little basic Spanish of hello and thank you gets you a long way with the bar staff. At lunch and evening meal you are offered wine or water- you can choose both but we often took the water to drink during the day or if we were going somewhere, saves you having to buy it. Onsite Shop is reasonably priced, there is a supermarket 3-4 mins walk away on the corner which has everything you will need. Inflatables can be cheaper than on the street- but if you go to the street shops haggle with prices as you can often get a better price- we got inflatables at less than half the price they were labelled for. Overall really good holiday, we really enjoyed it- nothing to complain about, we would deffo return!! Avoid the negative comments, some people book holidays expecting to be in a 5 star plus hotel and resort Enjoy your holiday if you come- I'm sure you certainly will!! Collapse

We stayed here for a week all inclusive during Aug. 2 adults 3 kids 5, 8 & 10. Paid 2700 with love holidays flying Ryanair. The first day we were a bit taken a back by how packed the restaurant gets and a few rude people barging for food but we soon worked out the less busy times and got used to it. The food is good, staff are very efficient and dishes always replenished quickly. The hotel overall is clean and the pool was great for the kids. Evening kids disco wasn't until 9:15 which was a little late for us. The entertainment team always had lots on round the pool. The hotel is about 20 mins out of town on foot. Bus into Lloret centre was cheap tho reception advised where to go for that. We tried the water park up the road 'water world' it was expensive for what it was and lots of long ques. Good holiday overall. Only downside was the que to get drinks from the one bar in the evening and the food in the snack bar.. chicken skewers were raw despite me complaining several times to the lady chef there. Collapse

Plenty for adults and children to do. Good beaches with crystal clear sea. Boat trips, day trips to Barcelona, good shopping and great water parks. Friendly people and very helpful. Would Highly recommend.

We visited here as a family of 5 in late June 2017.As other reviewers have observed, the cleanliness of our room was one of the first things that struck us,and overall the hotel is really well maintained. We were all-inclusive,and felt that there was a really good selection of dishes on offer in the restaurant, and we found all staff members to be very pleasant and helpful. The beds are super-comfortable,and we never had an issue with noise,as the bar area clears out shortly after the all-inclusive drinks stop being served at 11pm.Coming back to the room each evening to a spotless apartment was a joy-this part was 5 stars! The pool area is good, but the addition of water slides would be a big bonus.what has reduced the star rating for us is the entertainment-the sports entertainment during the day was a bit haphazard, and the night time entertainment was,in our opinion, very poor. Also, our children were exposed to some unsavoury characters who had availed of the free bar-not a massive on-going issue, but not something that we have encountered on previous holidays. The resort of Lloret de Mar,which is approx 20 mins walk away,is vv lively(subtext for rowdy) in the evenings-we didn't return with the children after our first visit there. This was our first all-inclusive holiday, and we really enjoyed it,but because we had to seek out our own entertainment in the form of day trips etc,we feel 3 stars accurately reflects our experience Collapse

We stayed here with all our family (11of us) including a toddler. It was the best place ever for families and we loved it. The food was amazing for buffet food. Fresh meats cooked every day great selection and very fresh. High quality food with great choice. We all enjoyed eating here even the fussy kids had plenty to eat. The rooms were lovey and big. Very clean and also quiet which was good as lots of kids at hotel. They have a kitchen so we had all our own drinks cheap to hand so no big bar bills. That said the prices at the bar were very good. The entertainment was good. The swimming pool was fantastic with indoor and outside pools. We used the indoor one the most as it was march. Parking was free and we had a car. There was a covered car park so the car stayed cool. We hired electric bikes which was fun and visited beautiful local beaches. We definitely needed a car for all of us. If it was just my husband and I we would have got the bus. Collapse
