The Conrad Hong Kong is probably the best business hotel I have stayed at through the years. Everything oozes class. From the fresh scent when come in from the mall, to the solid doors and furniture, heavy carpets and bathrooms with excellent water pressure; plus the breakfast buffet is the best I have had anywhere. Would always try to stay here when I am in Hong Kong. Collapse

The Conrad is conveniently located above Pacific Place, with access via the mall and also to Admiralty MRT. It has been a long time since my last visit to this hotel. I was a long time loyal visitor to the Island Shangri-La until it became too expensive for me to stay there, so I like the Pacific Place cluster, which includes Shangri-La, JW Marriott and the Conrad. I almost always prefer Island side to Kowloon side, and I prefer this to some of the other hotels in Central, and also prefer this location over Causeway Bay, which is more affordable, but a little less convenient. The hotel has the luxuries you come to expect from a high quality Asian hotel, and the service was similarly good. Fresh fruit plate in the room, great view of Victoria harbor, quite and spacious room, comfortable beds, etc.. I didn't eat in the hotel restaurants, but there are several options, plus many others on the ground floor of the mall, which was undergoing renovation. All the amenities in the room and bathroom that you would come to expect from a high end hotel. The executive lounge was typically very crowded and few seats available during the happy hour. The breakfast was a bit limited, but ok. Overall, a very good stay and I would return here. Collapse

I used to travel to Hong Kong regularly for business quite a few years ago, and when I did, I always stayed at the Conrad. I recently stayed here for four days, I am so pleased to report that the Conrad is as great a hotel as it was 15 years ago. The hotel staff couldn't be more helpful, the rooms are wonderfully comfortable and cosy, and, if you take a harbor view room, the views are absolutely stunning. The room and bathroom amenities are great (great water pressure also). We stayed on an Executive Level floor, and took full advantage of the executive breakfast, which was always delicious. The hotel is located on top of the Pacific Place mall, which is itself right on top of the Admiralty MTR stop. I love the location of the hotel; easy to get anywhere, yet just slightly out of the way of the busy Central area. I would absolutely advise anyone visiting HKG to stay at the Conrad. Collapse

This is part of the well known Chain of hotels and is located in the heart of central Hong Kong at Admiralty. Immediately beneath it is a fabulous shopping mall, full of designer outlets and very spacious. The staff on reception are welcoming and friendly and the hotel offers a range of fitness activities. Our room had a view of the harbour ( between other buildings). All accommodation is situated on the upper floors of a 59 or so storey building which means that waiting for a lift can be tiresome. But overall very good value for money. Collapse

This remains a top notch hotel, but service/atmosphere has declined since I last visited. Waits seem longer and service less personal & attentive. The executive lounge is horribly overcrowded in the morning and evenings and doing business/working in the lounge is almost impossible given the small tables and the emphasis on food/drink. Hopefully, the Conrad will remodel this room one day soon. I also think they could use a few more staff. But this is not to deny that the place, overall, is good in terms of location, views (if you are on a higher floor), and so on. Collapse
