Recently returned from a stay here with a friend. On arrival we were apprehensive as there were lots of people at reception trying to check in and complaining about their experience of rooms etc. Check in was a long process which wasn't great. Boone helped us to find the room which sent easily signposted. On arrival to the first room, it was dire!!... something that resembled a 1970's holiday camp!.. compete with a tiny bath and basic shower, and a rusty fridge, and with 2 metal style camp beds!..and no space whatsoever! Fortunately we were able to be moved to a bigger room with a proper balcony. The sunbeds/ umbrellas outside most rooms were ripped, faded and very old looking. The new room was much bigger and cleaner, however we checked in on the Friday, and didn't have our room cleaned until the following Thursday!.. not even new towels, we had to buy our own toilet rolls as we didn't see a maid!.. however the poolside was clean and well kept. The gardens were very pretty and also well maintained. We only had breakfast at the hotel which was average, good if you like a full English, but not much choice for much else. However a nice clean dining room. Overall the hotel is in excellent location for all amenities and local places, the area is clean and well maintained, but a little dated in parts!.. for the price of the stay, I would still recommend as a place to stay...and just hope you don't get an experience like our first room!! Decent venue, but a lot of burnt flesh

This is apparently an all-inclusive venue, but as I was only there for two days, it wasn't a service I availed myself of. At first, I thought this would be a tacky experience with a rather basic type of clientele, but I was nicely surprised. The room was more than adequate with an outside space to relax without having to fight for a lounger by the pool. The bars were also OK, but there was much too much burnt male flesh on show and it would have been preferable for bars to have a 'shirts-on' policy. However, this was an OK place for a family to spend a week or so, although I would add that for those not on package tours, taxi service from the hotel is VERY slow. Collapse

As usual, bit apprehensive after reading so many reviews - some good, some bad. We encountered not one single problem with these apartments. When we arrived, we were upgraded to a sea view room, even though that's not what I booked (just booked a plain auld room). We had a lovely apartment, right next to the pool, 2 mins walk to the beach and the apts are within walking distance to the mad area known as the strip! :) We opted for Bed & Breakfast, which was perfect every day and so glad we went for this option instead of paying a cafe for the week. We were around the smaller pool and it was perfect - family friendly, loads of entertainment for the kids, bar just a walk away. Also, our room was cleaned twice while we were there and the towels changed twice. The staff were very helpful and polite and we will most definitely be back next year. Looking forward to it already :) Collapse

Arrived at 10 pm , we were delighted no crowds at reception, booked in and receiv d keys to what we thought was a 1 bedroom end apartment. Arrived at our room to find we had been given a studio apartment to sleep two. We are a family of three. I returned to reception thinking that it was a mistake. No very unpleasant receptionist told me our booking agent had requested a studio apartment. I showed her my accommodation voucher which clearly stated apartment. She said that booking voucher w between me and the travel company. While at reception an elderly gentlemen complained that he'd had paid for an apartment given keys and apartment already occupied was now offered studio apt. Another party of three came back to reception saying they couldn't stay in their studio apartments in block k due to a party going on. Unfortunately everything that I read on trip advisor we are experiencing. I had to contact travel rep and they confirmed. We had booked an apartment, hotel still wouldn't budge even though it was their mistake. No offer of drink etc. We had to wait over an hour for a very poor quality camp bed to be delivered for our daughter to sleep on, then had to wait for extra towels. Not a great way to start two week holiday. Collapse

we arrived at the hotel around 8pm after 20 mins check n we were given our room key - we had sorted towel hire and safety deposit box - we were given a key for room 105 and asked if we wanted someone to show us to the room we said yes as hotel quite large told 5 to 10 mins we waited 10 mins and nobody showed up so tried to find our room ourselves we couldnt so after locating a maid who took us there we arrived opened he door room smelt musty there were 3 of us in the party spare bed was covered in sand the fridge in the room was rusting from the outside and when i opened the shower doors there was massive cockroach winking at us..so off we went the half a mile back to reception as no way we would stay in room left cases there. spoke to receptionistt and said no way staying in room have you another to which after 30 mins wait we were given a key to a room in k block 1316....in comparison this was out of tihs world....clean new furnishings tidy no pets so we agreed to sty here the hotel was quick to deal with our complaint. breakfast choice on all inclusive was brilliant lots of choice and no over crowding. they have theme nights and one of thos nights while we were there was curry night i cannot eat curry makes me violently ill so i had to eat dried out chicken nuggets from the kids section. the all inclusive bar area is really grotty and had tonput up with a million kids cause a blow up bouncy castle evening entertainment was poor. my recommendation is this hoel needs to decide what level f board it is going to offer as all inclusive here stinks. 74 euros to keep our room on but no courtsey room we got showers in the main pool area which again is poor you really need to up your game only good thing thung was breakfast they area is brillaint and we loved that just didnt love our hotel stayed for 7 night couldnt do any more and yes they chop off your band at 10 am regardless of when you fly like i say you want to do all inclusive you need to sort it out cause it is not really an all inclusiv hotel you cant get a beer beforw 12!!!!!!
