First of all I went to Mallorca only because of cycling. I usually go early in the morning and come back later in the afternoon. On that kind of trip I usually don't spend too much time in Hotel. And so it was this time. Hotel is located not far from the promenade (about 7 minutes walk) Hotel it self its huge (few buildings) The service in the restaurant is great but cleaning stuff does not do the job. They basically do your bed and thats it. They don't keep your room clean. During my staying the hotel was packed , you can see that the send very cheap offers to some "low lifes"that don't move from a bar the whole day, they smell the y scream and so on. The best part that they had small kids and they were drunk 24/7. Overall all inclusive service was ok. I don't expect much when I pay so little. And here is the worst part.My body started to itch and was covered with red spots because of "bed bugs or worms of some kind" On the last day I took a close look at the sheet and under it things were moving!!!! I would never come back!!! Collapse

Very basic and dated hotel. Very basic and minimal facilities ie ancient TV in room, one single old hot tub in hotel. Food The food was the worst hotel food I have ever tasted and very low quality compared with other 3* Spanish hotels. There was very little variety and almost the same every day. I love most desserts that exist but and I couldn't eat any of the desserts here. There was only sickly sweet tasteless cake, jelly with colouring but seemingly no flavour, fresh fruit or different types of Panacotta sort of sloppy stuff Drinks For all inclusive they serve cheap weak versions of alcohol in tiny children's plastic cups and the bar staff were very rude when we asked about this. The so called cocktails are coming from a vending machine behind the bar and don't seem to contain alcohol. The staff cant tell you what is actually in the cocktails they just say the machine makes it. Faciltites, entertainment, location The gym is not really a gym it is a normal room with 2 treadmills and an exercise bike. There is one hot tub in the whole hotel which you have to prebook days in advance. This hotel is for people over 50. Ten minute walk from nice beach and the area is known as the German equivalent of magaluf in season. Out of season the hotel is neglected completely. We went in february when the weather is 18degrees and only one restaurant and bar was open. All snack bars and shops in the hotel were derelict and the vending machines completely empty. The outside bar wasn't open either. The pools had been neglected and had dirt in them. The only entertainment was bingo and Spanish ballroom music and a little Spanish pop. The most basic it could possibly be and very clearly a budget hotel. All the nearby facilities ie restaurants shops bars waterparks are closed unless it's april-September so it's difficult to find anything to do or anywhere to eat or drink. You have to get a 20euro taxi into Palma for even a restaurant but still hard to find a bar that's open or any other facility other than shops Collapse

Was a late budget booking so was a gamble. With this luck I'll keep away from the roulette tables in Las Vegas. STAFF We arrived late at night and enjoyed our first experience of the 2 speed staff (very slow and stop) and their willingness to be unhelpful at every turn. Recruitment of staff must look for this wonderful combination of qualities. ROOM I'm sure prison cells are more comfortable that the tiny room we had in the budget saraha block. However, the retro TV was superb...they must have spent ££ to locate these 1970's beauties. I'm not saying he bed was uncomfortable, but, a bed of nails would have been welcomed by day 2. I also have to commend to hotel on achieving the world record of the thinnest pillow. Make sure to ask for an extra one when you check in. FOOD Bland, basic and ground hog day. I enjoy a good old stampede in the dining room for each item. Drinks were plentiful, however, enjoy the 100ml plastic cups they serve it in! Naff. ENTERTAINMENT Non-exsistent LOCAL AREA Closed. Don't come off season! Overall, it felt like we were treated by second class citizens and hearded like cows. For example, 'paying' customers got their drinks in a glass while the staff gave us plastic cups. I can't wait to come back. I'll book it the day after I win the lottery. To which I must add, I don't play the lottery - now you see why I don't gamble as I stated in the beginning. Collapse

I've been there in june 2015, my first all inclusive holiday and I have to say that it was very nice! Nice room, plenty of swimming pools, great barbecue area and snack bar! Good food, lots of choices, lots of fruits, plenty of different drinks! Haven't seen any entertaining going on on the stage outside, everything was closed after 11 so everyone was going to the beach where are plenty of pubs and clubs. The beach is only few minutes away, lovely sandy beach, a Spar shop is right opposite the resort but I have to admit that the place El Arenal is called the german Magaluf so is full of germans and spanish teenagers on holiday which is nothing wrong but if you are looking for a quite holiday is not the best place! I really enjoyed my stay there, visit around Mallorca, is a beautiful place! Collapse
