Rooms are basic, unless you up grade to premium package, have to pay extra for the remote for tv, kettle and fridge and internet . The food is a bit repetitive the queues are a bit long when ur getting a drink, could do with more sun canopies round the pool as there were a lot of small children and babies and the parents where trying to get them in the shade. The staff were all nice but just very busy in every pool we went to, just not mine and my family kind of holiday. I don't feel it was good value for money. Collapse

Having studied the reviews on here I didn't know what to expect, But i was pleasantly surprised. In all honesty the size of the complex with 3 large hotels on it queues are to be expected. Don't despair if like me I've been reading these reviews and wondering if u made the right choice booking. Fear not it's not as bad as is being made out. We stayed in the saturno was first allocated 1st floor room basic but had no balcony as my partner is a smoker so I wanted a balcony, went to reception we were moved rooms to 6th floor same room but with a balcony no problems at all reception very accommodating. Food. The food I though was great every night there was some sort of fresh meat being carved by a chef, always a pasta choice, always chips, boiled potatoes and jackets every night, always A salad barPeople saying the food repetitive I don't know what else they could provide as catering for so many people they seemed to cover all the bases if you ask me. Pools- great all kids loves the pools and surprisingly for the amount of people there we were always able to get a sunbed when if it was mid day. The bar. Stocked excellent selection of drinks in the all inclusive. Proper Pepsi (not rips cola) San Miguel on tap 4 cocktails, the usual spirits. Slush for the kids. Checklist I comprised 1. Get a cup holder they are €5 refundable deposit from reception so u can get 4 drinks at a time and carry them easily 2. Don't put your room card near your phone it will deactivate it. 3.take Moskito relevant as there's a lake there in the evening few Moskitos out 4. Take cash even tho all inclusive in evening lots stalls set up to buy. Selling things like Jewellery, drawing portraits, sweet stalls etc. 5. Pick up leaflet by doors to the hotels useful info on it what's on that day, expected weather temp, etc 6. Beach bus is fab free last bus back is 10.15 lots of shops, fairground rides etc down the marina/beach. 7. Go to the waterpark after lunch as lots people pay for a sunbed then leave so it's vacent to use. 8. Market on Sunday in alcudia old town had a taxi there for €5 booked by reception took 2 mins to arrive. Collapse

I've waited a while to write a review. We travelled July 10th 2016 for a weeks stay, 2 adults and 4 kids, i read reviews as i always do but don't tend to let them put me off. Arrived late around 11:45pm. Checked in no problem. Staff were friendly polite Room was clean. Aircon worked and it was a typical room for what we had paid for, i mean we came on holiday not for a sleeping marathon Bars. Plenty of choice efficient staff ques were always busy but because they keep to a 4 drink per person policy you dont wait long. I work in a bar and see people que a hell of a lot longer. San miguel on tap a decent beer served in half pint glasses. (Remember you can get 4 at a time ) local spirits poured at decent measures. Yeah its not branded but you'll find one you like . So if you dont want to que make sure you get 4 drinks. Tbh it got to the point the staff knew what your order was so it got even quicker Pools. Yeah 9 of them. Lifeguards present doing a good job. Clean enough for the amount of people constantly using them staff were alwats checkinzg chlorine levels. Poolside is always busy and no matter where you go people will get up early and put towels on the sunbeds. (Not entirely a reason to slate a hotel) Get up early and grab one. There's plenty of tables and chairs if your unlucky. Food available all day everyday from daft o clock in the morning till midnight all kinds to suit anybodys taste, now dont forget your on a all inclusive and the food isnt prepared by Gordon Ramsay, the quailty isn't gonna be waitrose either. Fresh Food was served every meal time. Im fussy but never found it hard to get a decent hot meal. Kids were catered for too. Staff bent over backwards to help and were always polite . Couldn't do enough. tea and coffee and fruit juice 24/7 in lobby's Had a problem with my doorlock. Battery ran out. Went to reception and it was replaced within 15 minutes no problem at all There's absolutely loads of entertainment through the evenings. (Remember your not at the O2 Arena) plenty going on. Kids are kept entertained with disco and games. Theres loads of free activities for them and obviously some you have to pay for oh and they have bingo at over €1000 A house. Kerching! Great location. Great free bus service to the beach and harbour and decent ammenities nearby. Super market 5 mins away a spar mini market opposite hotel. Bars and cafes and restaurants outside hotel too. Could go on and on but hey I reviewed our Holiday and yours may be different . Just dont go with higher expectations than the price you paid, don't expext 5* luxury or your settimg yourself up for a fall Im happy to answer any questions because i think the bad reviews do this place an injustice. We are going back August 2017 and cannot wait Its just like Butlins but with better weather and San miguel on tap. Keep it up @club mac Collapse
