Stayed here for a week in July. Prefect hotel for families, don't think I saw one couple of their own without kids. So everything kid orientated. Different pools to choose from as well as a very shallow pool perfect babies/toddlers. Food very good generally and lots of choice at lunch/dinner, breakfast all the same everyday but think that the same anywhere you go. Entertainment was poor if I'm honest with very cheap, corny acts that weren't entertaining at all but the the last thing I look for in a hotel so didn't bother me. The only one big complaint I have is the biggest thing that annoys me about all inclusive hotels. The queue at the bar is the biggest joke I've ever experienced. 2 bars and tiny with 1 person serving. Yeah you expect to wait a few mins but 45 mins just to get a small cup of beer? you get to the point you don't order any drinks as you jus can't be bothered to wait that long. Had a good time but would never come back Collapse

We are just back from club mac Jupiter hotel in Alcudia Majorca,we had a really good time, the only couple of things I was dissapointed with was the food was a hit and miss, don't think some of the neat was properly cooked right and the night time entertainment was very poor, the kids entertainment was the same as 2 years ago when me and my family went to the Bellevue in Alcudia so thought it would have been different,if the food was better and the entertainment needs to improve, there was bingo on at 9 every night before the entertainment started and when it finnished a lot of people got up and left because the entertainment was so poor. I have given this hotel 2*. The hotel itself was clean and the staff were very helpful. The food was plentiful and absolutely fine - although we did have to queue for everything! We said never again because of the type of people the hotel seemed to attract. This definitely wasn't the quiet holiday we expected. They do say, you get what you pay for....need I say more!! My family and i stayed at Club Mac for 10 days in July 2017. The Hotel is spotless and the restaurant serves a good variety of delicious food. We had a premium room and it served its purpose it could have been a bit bigger as i felt claustrophobic at times. the pools were great and the water park was ok. I think a week would have been enough as the entertainment and themes for the restaurant rolls over on a weekly basis. really enjoyed our stay my children aged 10 and 5, had a fabulous time. Collapse

Ok I'm going to try and be as helpful as poss..we arrived home yesterday after a 2 week stay. We stayed in the Saturno building on the 4th floor. Was cleaned every day (twice it seemed to be missed but called reception and was done straight away) cleaners are fab!. Lifts were always a little busy but never waited more then a few mins. Pool area was clean and most people took their rubbish. Loads of sun loungers so no need to get up silly time to reserve! Pools do get quite busy and we did see pools shut twice after someone had been sick! We didn't go to any of the shows at the circus stage as just to busy. Watched a few of the singers on the Saturno stage and they were ok. Queues for the bars can be really long, shame their is no self serve as this is the reason we left the hotel a lot at night as it just wasn't enjoyable waiting for soooo long. Food was ok the first week..normally found something to eat but it is very repetitive so the 2nd week was just a repeat of the first week. Pancakes for breakfast every other day so kids went on them days! Lunch is very repetitive too...is was hit and miss really if it was a good day or bad for each thing. The burger bar by the lake was a better choice but again the queue was always huge and they ran out a few times by the time we got to the front. Guest services were really helpful when needed anything. Deposits are needed for most things and the charges for items such as a fridge is too high. Also the tv cost is very high. There were 6 of us and 4 out of the 6 were ill. Not sure what caused it but we had sickness/diarrhoea...the doctor on site is very good and their is no charge to use him if sickness related. A shame as had to stay in and rest of family hang around hotel each day someone was ill. The free buses in day to the beach and evening to the port are great, used them most days and the beach is lovely. Deff go to the water park around 3.30pm then loungers are free (from 4pm officially) and queues a lot shorter. We tried all restaurants and found the Saturno our first choice if queue wasn't to long. Every restaurant was pretty much the same. We ate at the port many nights as there are a few lovely restaurants...recommend muddys right next to where you get off the bus. The shops at the port were also cheaper then the market. The sellers outside the hotel are always their but did not bother us and always were polite when we said no. Beds and pillows were very comfy. And I think in our standard rooms we had enough space for 3 people in each. Did notice the drainage smell now and again but wasn't that bad. Went on a horse and cart to the port one evening which was nice. Spar just down path is very handy. Yes there are a lot of loud people/children but they are on holiday...everyone was friendly and chatty that we spoke to. It is just very very busy and I doubt I would go back as there is no personal touch or familiarity as such a big resort. It wasn't the worst but was not the best either. Collapse
