A lot of choices, tasty, we were satisfied. Rooms are comfortable, not luxury, but you have there everyting that I need for a nice stay. Rooms are clean. Service? What can I say? Excellent! Canifor has fantastic location. Hotel is near from bus station in Bugibba, near a lot of bars, shops...I have to say: BIG THANK YOU Collapse

I spent 5 days here and it was the worst 5 days. The staff really need some training in beeing SERVICEMINDED..! Not a smile not a hello or goodmorning.. no service at all. Not to mention the food. But the lack of service was the worst. This hotel is rated 4 Stars and in my book it is only a 2 star hotel. A group of children stayed here the same time and they were so loud and noisy. Hammering all the doors on the floor - and even there were complaints - the staff did not react. I can only recommend this hotel if you dont have any other choice! Collapse

We arrived late at night to be greeted by a rude receptionist who couldn't be bothered to explain anything to us. Woke up to the worst breakfast ever encountered in any hotel. Food at both breakfast and evening was terrible, repetitive and disgusting. We ate out most days as we couldn't face being faced with the same slops that were dished up. Rooms we hardly cleaned and the bed sheets were never changed once whilst we stayed at the hotel. Air conditioning and fan were so noisy we couldn't have them on. All the electrics tripped in the room. Staff were rude and uncooperative. But the biggest problem by far was the hundreds of exchange students that were there. They threw things out of the windows, made an awful lot of noise and in one instance they hid on the balcony near our room and one of their teachers stuck his head into our room screaming and swearing for the kids to come out. The kids basically ran amok and when we complained to the hotel staff, they said its not their problem. I know it isn't the priciest hotel and you get what you pay for , but if we had known they took in exchange students in the summer we wouldn't have booked it. They should advertise the fact that you are surrounded by about 300 kids when you book. We will NEVER book this hotel again even if they offered it for free. Collapse

Stayed for 3 nights at this hotel and it is the worse place i have been for a long time. The hotel was full of kids (exchange students) and they basically took over the whole hotel, shouting and screaming down corridors and from balconies. No supervision except when they are getting ready to go out for the day. Kids banging on your door early in the morning. The check in was acceptable but the room was poor. Bed sheets marked, broken cupboard doors, poor air con, ceiling fan looked like it was ready to fall off at any point and room not cleaned every day. The food in the restaurants had little choice, found breakfast marginally better than dinner. Took ages for drinks to arrive with dinner, usually finished meal before drinks arrived. Rest of hotel is poorly kept, terraces with emply bottles and pizza boxes left for days. Yes this hotel is cheap but stayed in a number of hotels in qawra/bugibba and you can do far better. Collapse

Booked a week in June, with my husband and two children well where do I start we were given no information on check in regarding accommodation and the all inclusive we weren't told where to get our meals and that only some drinks were all inclusive. The hotel was full of exchange students that were running around each other's rooms all night, the entertainment catered for the elderly with a man on his organ thing, the all inclusive package didn't include some drinks like Malibu so I had to buy my own Although the snacks were nice the food in the main hall was awful We had to eat out every evening The pool was ok if you could get a sunbed sometimes we just had to go some other hotel and use there pool because we couldn't get round ours all in all a waste of money No ice creams were included in the all inclusive so I continually had to buy them for my children, no a nice experience and I certainly would go back there Collapse
