We arrived last Friday for a girly pampering weekend, from the off we were not disappointed. Every member of staff we encountered was polite, helpful and nothing too much trouble, check in was easy, the room was really comfortable, there was tea & coffee making facilities with supplies replenished daily, Flat screened television for those that wanted it, the shower was in the bath but was a power shower, nice & hot feeling like needles hittling your skin, wonderful, facilities like hairdryer, iron and ironing board in the room as was a complimentary bathrobe and slippers for your use whilst at the spa. The spa facilities which are free to use by hotel guests included a sauna, hot room, jacuzzi and swimming pool, all clean and a pleasure to use. We booked a luxury facial which I would highly recommend it is divine as is the luxury pedicure and manicure, the technicians really know their stuff. Onto the food, breakfast caters for every taste, even gluten free, the hot breakfasts are cooked to perfection, there is afternoon tea available to purchase and a selction of sandwiches & lunches from the bar, menu in the room. Dinner in the evening was also a delight, the food beautifully cooked and presented, compliments to the chef's and to all the staff serving, they will cater for anything and anyone. This hotel is also a popular venue for weddings so if you have room 8 you will be able to hear the music which does switch off at midnight, but I have to say it didn't really bother me. I will definately be going back to this hotel, I can't recommend it enough 10 out of 10. Collapse

I visited the restaurant for my mum's birthday along with several family members and friends. The waitresses were very nice, pretty good service and nice atmosphere in the restaurant. The food is nice, but it has to be said it is exceptionally expensive for the small portions you get. My brother ate each course in about four bites. Also, I had the 3 course set menu for £39 but thinking back that actually cost more than if I'd got the exact same 3 courses from the à la carte menu, so watch out for that! Annoying! Especially as the majority of our table had the set menu so that makes a bit of sneaky extra money for the restaurant (although I couldn't say if it works out more expensive for everybody's dinner, I just know for the choices I made it would have). Also, two bottles of wine were £60! £30 for one bottle of wine!!! Although in fairness I'm sure the price was stated on the wine list. Overall, my mum had a lovely time and that's what is important so not bad for a special occasion but don't go with a huge appetite. Collapse

Arrived late and left early so did not get to fully appreciate the hotel. In own grounds near the circuit - missed the entrance first time in the dark. Nice room and staff. Breakfast was very good. Would be nice to see more of the place next time.

This is a lovely hotel, with great facilities including spa. Good restaurant, pleasant rooms. But the traffic noise from the M20 is rather overwhelming especially in summer when you may wish to have your windows open. Good freshly cooked breakfast with a wide choice. It was just a shame for us as it was spoilt by the traffic noise which wasn't conducive with a good nights sleep. Collapse

I booked a master suite here for my boyfriend's birthday in August. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The room was big, and airy with a huge comfy bed. The AC was very welcome as it was quite muggy during the night. We also had both a walk in shower and a bath! We used the spa facilities as well, the pool, steam room, and sauna. And then relaxed on the terrace outside with a coffee. We did have dinner in the restaurant in the evening. My boyfriend had the scallops to start and said he finally understand why people get excited about them! My main of sea bass (might have been sea bream, I can't recall!) was incredible. I loved the pairing with the saffron as well. Breakfast was lovely, the buffet was well stocked, and there were gluten free items there too. Also the restaurant staff were very helpful when it came to ordering dinner the night before! It was a very lovely stay away Collapse
