We will seriously have to consider travel by train especially by first class again will probably fly did not get first class service on especially on the 13th will be lodging complaint. Hotel was very good staff excellent. Would recommend hotel to friends but not train travel. Also feel if you sell a holiday train seats should be automatically allocated once the train travel time is confirmed by customer despite how busy a train may be Collapse

I have put average because if it hadn't been for what was in the apartments I would have put poor in terms of service etc. When we checked in the reception was obviously short staffed as whilst we were waiting for our key to be cut we had to wait for the man on reception to answer the phone and take a phone call which lasted a good few minutes. As we had just driven for four hours the last thing we wanted was to wait further especially half way through being checked in. When we got to our apartment the key card wouldn't work on the door. I went down to reception and started to explain that the key card wouldn't let us in the apartment. The phone on reception rang again and again the receptionist took the call half way through dealing with me. It was obviously the Manager and whilst the receptionist explained a couple of times during the call that he was dealing with a customer his Manager kept him talking on the phone for another few minutes. All this time my husband was waiting upstairs outside our apartment waiting for a working key card to get in to the apartment. Eventually the man at reception cut another key card and also came up with me to check it worked - it didn't, so we were told that if we wanted to go out we would have to ask the person on reception to let us into our apartment each time we wanted to go in! Once in the apartment we found it to be well equipped and clean. However, we're in the middle of some very hot days and nights and the air conditioning didn't work in the apartment. I asked the man at the desk and he did check the main panel and then came and checked in the apartment. He said it was a slow system and would work in the next 15 minutes. The air con came on about 20 minutes later and then stopped working! I rang down to reception and there had been a change over in staff and I explained that the air con was not working and the "spanner" symbol was on and flashing. He explained the main panel was saying it was working and did come up to check and did see that it wasn't working. He said that it would be fixed in the morning. We had a small fan which didn't do anything to cool the room. The next day as we were leaving to go out for the day, we were told that the Manager had been informed about the air con and was getting it fixed that day. We got back around 4pm to be told that the air con wouldn't now be fixed until Monday and that we could move apartments. The fact that we were going out again 30 minutes later didn't give us time to move and be ready to go out so again we spent a hot night in an apartment where the air con wasn't working. It also needs to be mentioned that on check in, reception do take a £50 deposit and this is not returned for three to ten days after you leave. You can pay for this by cash or card but it would be good to have been informed of this on their website . I would like to hear from the Manager to discuss my findings further as it was very disappointing that these things occurred in a chain of hotels where you don't expect below par service. Collapse
Great apartment just a shame about the bed...

Visit to Ealing with my husband for a friends birthday. On arrival I was asked to leave a £50 bond deposit which would be refunded on departure so please ensure you have the extra cash or a credit card. We stayed in apartment 102 which was extremely spacious. Great living areas, kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower and a bedroom. The only downfall was that the bed was uncomfortable. You could feel the springs through the bedding which did not result in a good night sleep. The reason for the 4 star rating is for Location and the overall appearance of the apartment but I couldn't give it a 5 due to the bed! Collapse

Stayed here for one night and loved it. The room is spacious and homely. The kitchen was tiny, probably only one person could fit at a time but includes all the essentials. Breakfast was included so I picked from their checklist and it was delivered right on time. Check-out is 12pm which is great! Stayed in a couple apartment hotels before and they kick you out at 10am, and charge an arm and a leg for a late check-out. Would certainly stay here again. Happy bunny! Collapse

Great location, good size and very comfortable! I had a one-bedroom apartment which had a comfortable lounge and a full size kitchen plus a very good sized bathroom with a very nice "rainfall" shower! When you stay in a lot of hotels, as I do, it's really nice to find a place where you can relax, get your own breakfast & dinner and sit watching TV in comfort: this is just such a place. There are three small supermarkets close to the front door, Tesco, Co-Op and a Polish speciality but just about every third shop front is a restaurant, mainly Persian and Kurd as well as the ubiquitous Chinese & Indian if you'd rather go out. Really looking for down sides . . . . .well it is a longish walk from Ealing Broadway station (further than it looks) so you may want to get a taxi, and parking at £20 per day isn't to be recommended. The only criticism I would have is that the kitchen utensils look like they can from a rubbish skip; clean and useable but somewhat tatty. I'll go there again next time I am working in the area! Stayed here on the 29th April and thought the place was great. We were lucky with getting a parking spot which we paid for and that was ok. the apartment was spacious and clean. We had a separate bedroom and lounge/kitchen with a large L shape sofa which turned into a bed which my son slept on. All the utensils you need in a kitchen were there with tea and coffee available to. Bathroom was ok and modern as was the whole place It would have been 5* but only negative was the spare duvet cover for my son was a little dirty but the guy at reception Sebastian brought a clean one up within 5 minutes. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Would go back and would recommend. Collapse
