We will seriously have to consider travel by train especially by first class again will probably fly did not get first class service on especially on the 13th will be lodging complaint. Hotel was very good staff excellent. Would recommend hotel to friends but not train travel. Also feel if you sell a holiday train seats should be automatically allocated once the train travel time is confirmed by customer despite how busy a train may be Collapse

I booked this hotel for my family from 05th to 09th Nov 2017, my 04 young kids staying in this hotel, though I did not stay here personally but I was with them during most of the time as I was in Holiday inn Express, it is just across the road. Hotel location is No Doubt is really very good, but services offered to clients were nothing, there was only one person can be seen in hotel during day and another one in night, during my family’s 04 night stay I got impression that the total staff of this hotel is consist on 01 person only. The Man who was at reception in evenings and nights, it seems that he knew very little English and for most of the times he just says “I don’t know”. It was obviously one bedroom apartment, which they offered for 04 persons, two set in bedroom and 02 in Kitchen / Dining Hall on Sofa bed. The worst Part that Sofa bed was broken and when we complained, receptionist came upstairs, removed 02 cushions from sofa and put under the bed to balance it, this method of solving the problem was like a joke. There was No proper arrangements for Breakfast, morning reception was going out, bringing some bread, butter, yoghurt and few pieces of fruits and handing it to us as breakfast, it was our choice that how we use this stuff. Toilet water tank was not working during all stay till 3rd day when they changed us to another room, which was slightly better. Kitchen was standard and good I personally think that this hotel enjoys very good location if management give little attention to facilities and customer services they can run it very well and cause comfort to guests and earn them good profit. I honestly think this place need urgent attention and renovation. Collapse

We were there for 4 nights. Booked a 2 room apartment for 4 adults. They provided us with one double bed and a sofa cum bed which was quite uncomfortable and would just not stand still. Upon our several requests the management used cushions under the bed to make it stable, that too the next morning. Had one bathroom where the toilet flush tank was not functioning at all. Changed the room the third day and faced a different set of problems. Rooms are small and the one with sofa cum bed had a dining table and chairs with a kitchenette making it even more congested. Stayed here during a quick trip to London in October. There were 4 or us - 2 adults and 2 young children. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment on the top floor. Here are a few thoughts - 1. Value - £129 for a night. By comparison the same night in the local Crowne Plaza was £167, the Urban Villa down the road in Brentford £209 (great by the way, but not at that price), and most Premier/Holiday Inns around the same price (but probably a half or quarter of the floor space compared with what you have here). So for the price here, you have a nicely furnished double bedroom, a large living space where the sofa converts to a sofa bed, a small but perfectly ok bathroom and a kitchen. We ate takeaway so did not really make the most of the kitchen but from my brief glance around there it seemed well equipped including a washing machine. 2. Location - on the busy Uxbridge road in West Ealing, don't visit here if you are hoping for a bit of peace and tranquillity. Anyway, having spent around 4 years living on Uxbridge road, around a mile from here (back in 2005), I was well aware of what I was getting. In our apartment the road noise was not overly intrusive from the bedroom as it was towards the back of the building. The noise of traffic including emergency vehicles was much more evident from the living area which looked directly down on Uxbridge road though I actually slept in this room a surprisingly did not seem to be too disturbed overnight. We arrived by car and surprising manage to park on the small car park at the rear ( around 6 or so spaces and a bit tight for comfort) but having read other reviews I was all prepared to park on the road/public car park anyway. Anyway, it's London so public transport is great - yards from a bus stop or walk around 15 minutes to Ealing Broadway underground. West Ealing station is also around the corner - these seemed mainly Great Western National rail services. My final thought regarding location - as a former resident of this borough, who has also lived over in East London, Ealing remains my favourite part of London - a nice little town in its own right, with decent shops, great parks, excellent transport, and it's a relatively safe place to be, even after dark. 3. So why not mark this place 5/5? Here's a few of the criticisms I have - our apartment was in the roof/attic area. It just seemed a little dull and with not much light. Despite being on a busy road (and in theory, plenty to see) the windows were too high for our kids to see out of. In many hotels they are entertained for hours just looking out of the windows. Here they seemed to become bored quite quickly. One of the windows in the living area also had no curtain or blind so I thought the light might be a bit intrusive come morning, but it was quite a dull day anyway. The wifi - maybe just me but it was one of the worst services I have ever experienced. Many sites I like browsing such as ebay or autotrader just didn't download sufficiently well to make them worthwhile. My BtMail wouldn't download, insisting my browser was out of date. Other sites came up in weird fonts on my laptop. As soon as I was home, all worked fine again. Finally, things could have been maintained a little better. There were three lights in the living area (one standing lamp, 2 roof lights), but only one of the three lights worked. I assume dud light bulbs and just decided the one light was sufficient anyway. The tv remote did not work but was fine once we put our own batteries in. The sofa bed was also really uncomfortable, but I suppose for one night you don't worry too much. The heating was also difficult to control, or just did not get very warm, but again, for one night you just get on with it. Overall, the niggles did not detract from what is basically a clean and well kept, spacious apartment offering a really useful amount of space for a similar price to the local Premier Inn. Collapse

We were looking for an overnight stop for a family of three having visited the Natural History museum one day and heading for Kew Gardens the next. These apartments appeared to be the solution. They are clean and have a small kitchen in addition to lounge and bedroom. The lounge has a large sofabed so this worked out well for the three of us. There is also a public pay to park car park at the back which is free between 18.00-08.00, as we arrived at 18.00 and left at 10.00 this was very cheap. The only difficulty we encountered was the travel time, whilst only less than 8 miles from the museum the journey took us more than an hour. This is a busy area and the noise from the street meant that the lounge was difficult to sleep in. Collapse
