I went to this resort for 4 days me and another friend (in our 20s) after reading all the reviews on the hotel I was dreading going! But to my suprise I thought the hotel was lovely!! It is defiantly a resort for family's and older couples ects, but perfect for me and my friend as we was after a relaxing holiday, it's not really a destination for partying it's more bars then clubs but we spent one night out of the resort in a few bars which was a good night, I see many people saying how they que for hours for break fast lunch and dinner, me and my friend always went to meal times an hour into when they open and there was never a que, I am one of the most fussiest eaters ever and there was always something I enjoyed to eat, there was always beds around the pool the staff were always helpful! The room was clean with tv with quite a few English channels the only thing was paying for wifi which I paid 3 days for and after the 2nd it stopped working so went back to reception and they gave me another day with no hesitation! Perfect resort for family's, would defiantly recommend Collapse

Arrived here on Saturday 15th April 2017 for the Easter Week. Very good, spacious resort with plenty of shopping and bars just outside the complex. Our room had just been recently re-furbished so was in an excellent condition. The only thing I would criticise was the Restaurant. It was by far too small to handle the shear numbers of guests the complex was catering for. There were always long queues outside and on the Easter Weekend, the opening hours had to be extended by an hour so that everyone could eat. The food was always running out and not being topped up fast enough so queues built up inside the Restaurant as well. The food quality and selection was good. In the evening the main entertainment area wasn't open as yet, too early in the season so it was held in an indoor bar area which again was far to small for the resort and mostly featured the hotels own staff, who weren't that good. The only other drinks bar st that time of day was the "Morocco Bar" which was basically a glorified games room with numerous pool tables and games machines, oh, and a few tables and chairs if you wanted to sit down and the ONLY place you could get a hot drink in the whole complex at that time of night. The bar was dirty and in desperate need of some serious TLC. Overall, the holiday was good and we had a relaxing break, BUT, I defiantly won't be rushing back there soon. Collapse

We went with Jet2 and stayed in Leda2 building, which was very good. Brand new very comfortable mattresses, proper black-out curtains so the kids don't wake at 5am. All newly painted, was clean, small kitchenette, balcony with table & chairs, drying rack for towels. Our apartment faced the pool, so had the sun all day, this may be why it wasn't cold. Lots of people were moaning about being cold. We did have ants despite being on the 6th floor, just squirted some insect repellent, not a problem. The restaurant is too small and there isn't a separate Jet2 one, not when we went anyway. But the food is perfectly fine, people saying they couldn't eat it are just fussy. There are two different types of soup every night, lots of varieties of bread, loads of salad, something different on the grill every night (venison, chicken, salmon, tuna), and two or three other dishes plus paella, chips, pasta and sauces. Desserts were a bit samey but nice. What let it down was other people. I'm sure some of them have never used cutlery or eaten at a table before. One night there was watermelon out, a man took 24 slices. 24!! Leaving none for anyone else. No manners. And the shoving and barging, it was awful. We just made sure we got there early. One morning we were late for breakfast and the people that were drunk the night before were there, all stinking of booze, eating like animals, yuck. But if you go early it's fine. The AI drinks are fine, not premium brands but acceptable. The wine wasn't up to much but for AI not as bad as I've tried before. The nightly entertainment was just kids screaming in a tiny bar nowhere near big enough for the amount of people so we didn't bother. Morocco bar was fine, big play park next to it for the kids. And a very cute barman! Hey, Jose Yummy yummy across the road has terrible service, we walked out after waiting 15 minutes and being ignored. Champions is much better. The horse riding over the road is brilliant, took my 9 yr old and two 15yr olds on the 1hr trek, they absolutely loved it! Highly recommended. The beach is lovely, I'm partially disabled but could just about manage the walk, about 10 minutes is all. The market on the old town is ok, lot of tourist tat. About 7 euros in a taxi. Alcudia itself is quite nice, beach is fantastic. All in all I'd probably go back, but definitely not in high season, it was busy enough in April! And I'd go Bellevue Bonita with Jet2 so I knew where I was staying, some of the blocks are dreadful by all accounts. It is sometimes dirty around the pool but that is down to lazy slobs being too idle to move their fat bottoms 6ft to put rubbish in the bins. There are plenty of bins, unfortunately plenty of people that don't use them too. I watched the guy clean around the pool every evening and go over it again in the morning so I know it's cleaned thoroughly. I also witnessed kids getting slushies and just tipping them straight onto the floor. Parents nowhere to be seen. All in all, it's a value for money family friendly holiday. We all enjoyed it. We visited this hotel in April 2017 for one week. I have to say that this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in which labels itself as all inclusive. We stayed in Bellevue Minerva 2. The rooms are only cleaned it says three times a week on the leaflet and ours was only cleaned twice which is the same if you stay self catering or any other board the hotel offers. The towels are not changed daily but again 3 times a week which is poor when you are going to use them each day. Toilet paper is not checked during these 3 days so we found ourselves chasing a cleaner every other day to ask for more. You have to pay for anything extra in your room such as the safe, iron, wifi, beach towels and even the remote control. So make sure you take plenty of spare money. Food areas are far too small for the size of the hotel. We visited before it was peak season so I could not imagine how hard it would be to find a seat to eat when it's even busier. You feel rushed while eating as your conscious of the fact others are waiting and walking/hovering around you until you finish eating. The Food on offer is very basic and the queue while getting your food can mean it's cold by the time you sit to eat it. The Tables are not cleared quick enough and on more than one occasion I was found to be clearing and setting my own table for breakfast and dinner. Not really what you go on holiday for. The pool areas are good and clean and there are many to choose from. However there are no shaded areas or parasols for anyone needing shade so there were a lot of burnt holiday makers including ourselves. The eating areas around the pools are alright and the food on offer is decent. The soft drinks and other snacks available at the pool areas was also good as far as burgers, hotdogs and salad goes. The closest toilets to the pool we visited were in a terrible state. These were situated in the Minerva 1 building. The ladies toilets did not have any doors hung as these were propped up in each cubicle. Being the closest pool and toilets this was very inconvenient especially with myself being pregnant and requiring the loo regularly and having to go back to our own room become very frustrating especially having a lift out of order so climbing stairs was a nightmare. The entertainment area was also too small for the amount of holiday makers. We struggled each night to get a seat. There is an outdoor area but this was closed during our visit so I presume during peak this will open as everyone can get a seat. Overall I would not visit this hotel again in the future which is disappointing as it's part of the Blu Bay groups which we started atbin Mexico last year and that was the best holiday and one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. I've given BelleVue Club Appartments a 'very good' rating as our kids (4,13,15 & 15) all gave the BelleVue experience an 8 out of 10, and for three fussy teenagers and a little one thats a good return! We were a party of 6 so had two 2 bed appartments in Ceres 1 which were clean, tidy and with ample space. We had a kettle in our appartment although I think this was an oversight as our other appartment didn't have one. There were signs of wear and tear with the kitchen looking a bit tired and cracked tiles in the bathroon, but I didn't feel complelled to take any pictures as it was nothing worth worrying about. The shower was nice and powerful which was great, although on the last morning the water was cold, very refreshing! The beds were quite hard, which we liked, so everyone slept well apart from a couple of nights where people were having loud chats in the stairwells which kept me up. Why they couldn't do this in the comfort of thier appartments who knows, but small beer really and didn't ruin the holiday. We were in the closest appartment to the stairwell so maybe ask for an appartment further away. TBH we didn't spend that much time in the appartment so it wasn't a big issue. The pool at Ceres 1 was great and not too busy which suited us, it meant we could have fun as a family and keep a close watch on our youngest. The pool bar was only open for a few days but not sure why that was. Towels on loungers did appear early doors and said loungers were often not occupied until early afternoon which seemed all rather pointless, but if nabbing a lounger makes your holiday then crack on, there were plenty to go around. I imagine in high season this could be an issue? I found the staff all over the complex to be friendly and helpful, but we didn't face any issues to complain about so can't really comment on others experience. We didn't go for the onsite day/eve entertainment but it sounded fun. The kids prefered the pool, beach or playing pool/ air hockey (need to pay) and cards in the eve so we went with that. We went all inclusive to do away cooking/ washing up and finding food to suit all six of us. The food was okay, they did vary it so there was a fair amount of choice, especially meats (which we don't eat) but having chips available every lunch and dinner was a winner with fussy kids and they liked the pasta and cold counters too, with lots of salad and desert options. Finding a table for six was a little challenging, but we sussed that if some queue for food whilst the others find a table we were never left dissapointed, although we tended to leave it a bit later before going for food. Whilst there were queues it wasn't so bad, but high season might be different. I think there are several restuarants in the complex so this may differ depending where you are. The beach is about 10 mins walk and gorgeous. The water (once you are in) was really warm, so don't be put off by dipping a toe, it gets warmer as you go out and its shallow which is great for the little ones. Overall we had a good break and the kids were happy. We could chill suping beer and wine whilst the kids argued over what constitutes two shots on the pool table, but that wasn't my problem :) If you dwell on the small things you could hate this place, but we had a great time.
