Wonderful staff let down by ill-mannered Germans

Unfortunately all the good aspects about the hotel paled into insignificance against some appalling behaviour by young German louts (mostly men, although the girls could often shout as loud). We were frequently woken up in the early hours of the morning by drunken shouts and bashing about. On Thursday morning when we were up early for our flight home we were woken at 2am by Germans either side of us shouting over our balcony. On leaving our room the recycling bins had been strewn all across the 12th floor, taken from the lobby. It was extremely irritating when you got in the lift and some idiot decided to press every button. No thought for anyone else - needs to be addressed or the hotels only custom will be Germans aged 18-30 who behave badly. The outdoor pool and beds were lovely, exceptionally clean and the bar staff looked after you. It was hard to find space to go in the pool though as there was always several groups of young Germans playing ball, despite there being a notice that said no balls were allowed in the pool. The staff were good at tackling people diving into the pool but didn't address the ball issue. As an adult I felt intimidated, it must have been worse for the children. The room was adequate, a little tired but kept clean. We did not like being on the 12th floor though with such a tiny balcony. Two lifts were not really sufficient for the number of rooms, especially when one broke down. The food was good and we were impressed with the offer of food on our arrival 10pm and again before 7am on departure. As an all inclusive guest staying for 10 days we took advantage of the free mini golf (54 holes) a couple of times and a free lunch. The bus service into Palma was frequent and cheap. Palma, a lovely city to visit, as was Soller by train and tram to the Port. The hotel was definitely geared for Germans, as were the streets surrounding it. Loud German bars, loud drunken Germans and constant hassle from street sellers made us wish we had stayed elsewhere. Feeling disappointed. Collapse

We went one week to this hotel and for us it was an amazing experience. The personnel and staff was very friendly and they were always ready for us. Just saying hello everytime is not much to do but it makes your whole day a lot nicer and that was something that I really enjoyed here. Nothing was too much for us. The rooms are big enough and you also have got a quite big choice for food which also is very nice. I really can't say anything bad about this hotel. I would recommend it to everyone and we will definitely go back next year. It was an amazing experience! :) Collapse

This hotel is only suitable for young, German tourists who visit Mallorca to party day and night and drink all day long. Every night we struggled with noise as there were people shouting out of the balconies, screaming in the hallways and in front of the hotel. We couldn't sleep at all for our entire visit of 8 nights and were even forced to buy earplugs. I have never seen people behave in such a way, breaking beer bottles in the elevator, screaming their lungs out of their balcony at 5 am and just not taking other guests' comfort into account. It was especially bad the night before our morning flight when we could not sleep for a minute, because of the excessive noise in the corridors. I have to say that the hotel itself is nice and breakfast was good, but all that was spoiled by the loud, German people staying at the hotel. Don't go, unless your intentions are to drink 24/7 and join them in their mad behavior. Collapse

Very geared towards German market. I took my son the dirty looks wee received because he was using the inside pool were very uncomfortable the other hotel guest didn't want kids in there despite that being within the rules Of the hotel . I found the meal times very restrictive only 1-2 for lunch and we were in 1st slot for dinner 6.30-7.30. Wasn't much choice to eat either. In every other inclusive hotel we've stayed in you could get snacks through your the afternoon plus ice creams and drinks. Only thing we could get was drinks but not inside pool which was the only one we could use because outside was too cold. Plus outside pools were dirty so many bugs floating that you wouldn't want to get in it. Weren't allowed to use the mini golf bc we were only there 5 days! Many men on streets near by approaching you to sell fake goods. Very uncomfortable position to be in and we didn't dare go out at night after dinner So many stag and hen parties at hotel incredibly noisy all through the night till 4-5am. locks on balcony doors insufficient. Far too easy for a child to open with such a high building and only flimsy railings My advice don't go unless your 20-30 German stag or hen do towel in room were both torn and dirty, one came with pink hair dye on one with questionable brown stains. No hot drinks through day unless you go to inside bar . no breakfast tea at any time many herbal but not standard english tea breakfasts werid to say the least Collapse
small but nice

Stayed in the Pabisa Bali for 4 nights. It was a last minute deal, booked Saturday and went on the Monday. The hotel was very nice, a very nice seating area around the bar. The room was a good size as we had a sofa bed in ours with lovely views overlooking the sea. The pool was very cold so didn't venture in there, lots of sun bed and space around the pool. Double padded sun beds were very popular and they had a canopy over to protect you from the sun which we saw a lot of. Indoor pool was a nice size with a sauna and steam room, all free of charge. There is an outside jacuzzi which was warm and the bubble were amazing to sit in. The food was plentiful with a good choice, there was always a couple of meat and fish choices. Plenty to choose from. The food was hot, the tables were quite close to one and other but as the hotel was not full this was not a problem. This isn't your typical holiday hotel as there was no animation team trying to get you to do water gym etc. There was only night entertainment at the weekends, no kids club, so a quiet hotel. Just a short stroll down the road to the lovely beach and prom. The staff were very nice, very attentive, I would say the staff were 5*. Overall a nice hotel, would I go back? .... yes I would.
