Make sure your getting what you pay for, we booked and paid in September however the terms and conditions for the Imperial Club had changed by October. We were only told of changes when we arrived. When we stated our case we were told to see our travel agent when we got back home. We could have argued our case there and then, but who wants to do that on their holiday. Collapse

We picked to stay at the Atlantis on our way to Sri Lanka as a short stop over. Our main priority was to use the water park. Whilst we were there we were celbrating our wedding anniversary and recent birthday. The staff at this hotel, especially the staff in the Imperial Club, went out of their way to ensure our stay was memorable by giving us a celebratory cake and card in our room and a cake in the Italian restaurant. There is so much to be involved in, our stay of 3 nights only let us touch on a small amount to do. Would we stay again, Yes. Just a note that if you are wanting to visit the sights of Dubai then the Atlantis is a bit far out. Our only issue was with the kolidoscope resturant . Being a buffet it was too noisy and did not make our dining experience pleasurable. Having said that all our other meals were of a good standard . Breakfast in the Imperial Club Lounge was a calm and the staff were so attentive. Collapse

The family 2 adults and 2 children booked 8 nights half board in a ocean deluxe room in July 2016. First impressions are breathtaking and its Dubais equivalent to Disneyland. The staff were very welcoming and accomodated my request to stay at the higher levels at the Atlantis. The view was breathtaking and he nearest to paradise a perosn can expect. Arrivng late we were offered refreshments and food after a long flight it was well deserved. Temperatures were soaring at approximately 50 degrees during the day and 38 during the evening. We had breakfast in the morning choice of 2 restaurants buffet style with all the variety you can imagine and more. Hot food made to order, patisseries, cold meats and fresh fruit including unlimited drinks. We prefered Kalidescope restaurant had more of a atmosphere and appearance was pleasent. The restaurants were generally amazing and generally included within half board. You can choose either lunch or dinner, this was handy when we went ut to eat in downtown dubai for a few nights. Believe you and me when i say the food is 5 star at the Atlantis. The deserts are to die for. Drinki are slightly expensive but house keeping supplied us with as many bottles of water we requested in the morning, There is an ice bucket on each floor. The room has fridge but be sure not to touch anything ou do not want to purchase as it will charge you due to weight. Remember if you have a emirates card you get 15% off all food and drink, also free WIFI in your room. The first day we spent the day besides the pool which had a really good atmosphere and is just for guests. Its got plenty of loungers and plenty of space due to the size. Due to the heat in the dubai the pool is kept open to about 1030pm everynight, many guests would have a dip at this time to keep cool due to the heat. We did not take the imperial club option, it seemd very busy and believe you and me the snacks are not necessary as the portions of food given at half board are very fillingleaving you bloated all day. Another tip is to wait for happy hour as drinks can be very expensive otherwise. The waterpark is the thriller at the atlantis. The kids loved it and wanted to return everyday. There are rides for every age. The restaurants can be used from the half board and guests can enter for free everyday slightly earlier to outside visitors. There are buggys within the hotel which will take you practically everywhere within the grounds just wave them down when you see one. I have left teh best till last. The Aqaurium WOW its such a sight, again breath taking and unbelieveable that something this big is inside Atlantis. I stood there everyday gazing into the amazing array of fishes. Again visitors pay , guests are free. Another handy tip is that there are shuttles which go back and forth to the emirates mall a number of times everyday, wheerby you will save a small fortune on taxi fares. Make sure you take the local cabs cream and coloured tops and not the white Atlantis one which are almost double the price. Yes it is expensive but you ay for what you get sometimes in life. I write this review as we have decided to return next year and i am in the process of booking 14 nights at the Atlantis. #cantwaittoreturn Collapse

The bad thing is there is many people we where wating for nearly 1-2 hour to get our room (check in) thats why i think it is difficult for them to give a good service at that point. I compered them to when where in Maldives 1 day before there where a lot of difference. I also find it to expensive for what they give. Collapse
