Read all the reviews from other guests and thought give this hotel a try saved all year and looked forward to it ! Now can't wait to leave !!!! Food only comprised of pork freezing cold and due closing Sunday running out of everything . Drinks only available in plastic glasses not as shown in photos around the pool ! Cocktails from a machine with mijito tasting like mouth wash and snacks around pool were a burger in between 2 pieces of bread there photos look amazing but nothing like what they give you . With 3 days till they close amazingly there air con has broken down nothing to do with 2 rooms on 6th floor occupied and 4 on 5th . Air con around reception works fine but when ask was told it's only 14 degrees at night so why the problem been waiting 2 days for the part ! Let's be honest they have turned it off Because it saves money? After working hard all year for one week from hell I ask myself why anyone would say this is a 4 star hotel ????????? Collapse

We booked a junior suite which was absolutely gorgeous could not be faulted , the hotel and grounds were clean and tidy , entertainment in the day was good but evening was terrible , two drinks per person was a bit restrictive being in a party of 5 it mean't multiple trips to the bar if it was your round , food was nice but it never had the wow factor no show cooking or themed nights and in this modern age the food labeling was poor , the staff on the restaurant door need training on how to welcome people in , snack bar open until 1030 pm with food cooked to order was really good , all in all a nice hotel but we wont be returning Collapse

I got here early AM on a Sunday and was greeted by a nice gentleman, he was sorry to tell me that my room was one of a few that had flooding issues due toi a big storm the night before. I was then put up next door in the Don Juan for 3 nights and given full all inclusive upgrade as a way of compensating.. This was not expected but was a lovely touch. The hotel was clean, comfortable and mainly quiet at night time. The poolside music wasn't overpowering, was sometimes nice to just lie relaxing in the room listening to the hub-bub outside. here were some on-site activities which were good to join in with. I would recommend this hotel if someone was to ask me. Collapse

We stayed hear for 10 days from September 6th - 16th on a B&B basis. Originally we wanted to stay in Palma Nova or Son Caliu but as we booked this very late around 1 week before travel and there was very little choice left and we reluctantly booked this hotel in Magaluf. I was really worried about staying here after reading the reviews as we were travelling with a 13 month old baby and wanted something as quiet as possible( Magaluf would not be a sensible choice for this i know!!) however i emailed the hotel ahead of travel to air my concern and asked for a room in the most quiet part of the hotel which is where they placed us. The hotel is large and in a quiet location, its one of the last ones you come to in magaluf and its located a 2 minute walk from the pirates show ( well worth going to) We were located on the 9th floor so it was nice and quiet and we had a view of the pool. The rooms are spacious and i found them to be clean( some people have moaned about the maid service in previous reviews) the lady that cleaned our room did a great job we had fresh towels daily and the room was thoroughly cleaned. The balcony was small but enough for what we needed it for. The tv in the room doesnt show many english channels other than the news but i think the hotel is not geared towards the British most of the channels were German or Spanish( Not an issue for us as we dont come on holiday to watch tv!) The room had a small fridge which was ideal to store a few bits in. One thing it did lack but its quiet typical of Spanish hotels was a Kettle which was essential for us to have with a baby to make feeds up so if travelling with a baby take this in to account. The bathroom was fine, again clean and spacious our plug was missing so we had to use the one off the sink to use the bath but really a minor detail. Some reviews people have moaned about the lifts personally we never had an issue with them yes granted the hotel only has 2 lifts which doesnt seem enough for the size of it and i can imagine if you had a room located near to the lift you would get some noise but we never had any problems. The breakfast was fine buffet style good choice and lots of high chairs available for children and the staff were helpfull i have a wheat allergy and again they were nothing but helpful in supplying alternatives. The pool we didnt use but again looked clean and spacious and they had a small paddle pool for children and a play park, The hotel has free wifi not just in the lobby but also in the rooms which i found to be reasonable not the fastest but fine for browsing and social media, We hired a car and had no problem parking it, theres lots of road parking and a large communal car park that you can use to( some people have mentioned its full of people taking drugs late at night) i never saw this ever in the whole 10 days we were there. All in all we had a nice stay and was pleasantly suprised, this is not a typical magaluf hotel i think maybe the price per night has driven some of the younger generation out or those that want a really cheap get away out. I thought the price we paid did seem high for what we were getting at £105 per night we have stayed in cosmetically nicer looking hotels for a similar price BUT having said this it was clean, staff were very helpful and we had a very nice holiday so based on this i cant complain thank you Atlantic Park keep up the good work for next season. We had our family holiday here for a week in August. I was apprehensive after reading the reviews but had no need to worry. We had a decent sized room for 4 of us, it was cleaned & beds changed every day. No rush for sunbeds which was perfect. The food was good and there was always something to suit. The staff work very hard and we never had issues with the service we received from anyone. You can pay 10euro for a towel for the pool and change it every day then you get the money back at end of holiday. The main reason I didn't give 5 stars is the entertainment in the evenings was a little uneventful. Otherwise a great holiday in a quieter end of Magaluf. Collapse
