We travelled as a family of 7. All adults ranging from 19 to 79 years of age, We had 3 apartments, 2 studios and 1 room with bedroom and sofa bed. All rooms were basic, but clean, with facilities to make yourself breakfast if you wanted (kettle, small hob, fridge). The hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the Val D'Europe station, and it is a 5 minute ride to Disneyland Paris. The trains run regularly. The reception staff were very helpful, looking after our bags both on our early arrival and following check out so we could spend some more time at the parks before heading to the airport in the evening. They also arranged and negotiated for our return taxi which was prompt. It is quite a way from Charles De Gaulle airport, so, unless you're happy to travel into Paris and back out on the train, you may need a taxi. Alternatively, you could take the Disney shuttle (bus) to Disney then get the train. The shuttle is 20 Euros each and a one-way ticket to Val D'Europe is 1.90 Euro. It was cheaper, though for us to get a 7 seater taxi, which cost us 100 Euros including the tip. If you don't want to eat in Disney (due to the cost) there are loads of places to eat in the Shopping Centre which is very close to the station. I wish we had done this, although we wanted to see the light show at Disney so it would have been a bit inconvenient. The food hall is at the end of the shopping mall, which is very good if you fancy some non-Disney retail therapy. There is also a pub directly opposite the station which is about 50% of the cost of the bars on Disney. We also spent a day in Paris, but it is a long train journey (maybe an hour?), to the Arc de Triomphe, as you are vitually at the end of the line. A day ticket for the train is also expensive (25 Euro) TIPS: You can only buy a one-way ticket for the train and you need your ticket both ends. Tickets can be bought from machines or humans in the stations. The reception at the hotel is closed, I'm guessing from around 22:00 until 08:00, but there is a security guard in the reception area. There is a cash point between the hotel and the station. Collapse
Not quite what I expected.

Having booked this hotel twice previously for family members and received positive reports I had no hesitation in making a reservation for myself, wife, daughter and partner and other daughter and grandson for a 3 nights stay. The cost was a bonus as I thought it to be very reasonable given the closeness to Disneyland Paris. Previous reviews and my booking agent showed that the hotel reception closed at 8 pm so an Email to the hotel saying we wouldn't be arriving until around 10 pm was sent. My Email was answered very promptly by the hotel with instructions of how to use the automatic check in machine outside the hotel gates. 3 room keys were dispensed without fuss and we went our separate ways. Our room was very clean but somewhat disappointing to my wife. She had obviously received a one bedroomed apartment on her last visit while this time had been allocated a smaller, slightly cramped room with small kitchen attached. omplimentary toiletries, a small bottle of water and a few sachets of coffee, tea and sugar had been left for our use. We made a cup of coffee and I noticed the cup seemed to be leaking. Fortunately it was not until I took my last sip that I was left holding the handle while the cup fell to the floor. Inspection showed the handle had been glued onto the cup and the hot water had obviously weakened it - thankfully no injury to anyone. There was no hair dryer. More disturbingly given the average 32 degree heat outside there was no air conditioning. Yes there was a small ac control panel which did nothing at all, no matter how many ways it was turned, but there are absolutely NO ac vents whatsoever anywhere within the apartment. This meant opening the window wide. Not ideal when you stay in a ground floor room with half the town walking past or a school being immediately across the road. There was a radiator, presumably for the winter months. But, yes I checked and it has nothing to do with ac. Next morning we discovered the rooms allocated to our other party members were the same. Only, they hadn't received any toiletries or tea, coffee, water, etc. Passing reception morning and evening the next two days we saw no sign of anyone there. Cleaners do not visit during your stay. The positives of this hotel are its position vis a vis the Disney park and its price. I will not be going back. Collapse

We visited for my 21st and was predominately chosen as a cheaper option for Disneyland and the occasional day trips to the centre of paris. Location is perfect and easy to find and one stop to Disneyland. The front staff were all lovely and smiley too! But the room was horrible! The safe was broken, the hot water was unreliable, our wardrobe was broken, stuff for a hot drink but no kettle? Bed was incredibly squeaky and I've never stayed in a louder place. The noise (school opposite) stopped you from sleeping. The hygiene was horrible. We were lead to believe that a stay over 7 days would get a clean but we stayed for 10 days and never got any cleaning . No change of towels, the floor was black, even before we came so always had to walk around with shoes on. But the WORST part of our stay absolutely disgusted us and confused us at the same time. We had left some pans in the kitchen sink to clean when we came back from Disney. We then had our breakfast and put our plates on top of the washing/pans to clean when we get home so we set off to Disney and came back around half 10. Boyfriend decided to clean the pots and plates we used. We noticed our room smelled but it hadn't been cleaned for 9 days so we were like oh well. He then lifted the plates off the top to find that our sink was FULL OF VOMIT! The pan that was under the sink (which is a large pan) was filled to the rim with sick. Now it wasn't us as we were out ALL DAY so who is allowed in our room and who has come in just to vomit in our SINK and not clean it? It left us confused and disgusted and reception was closed so we couldn't report it but we mentioned it to a cleaner and they just shrugged and walked off. Surely the only people with access to the rooms are the staff/cleaners so why would they do such a revolting thing and then leave it?! Be a different story if it was at least in the toilet! Absolutely DISGUSTING! Do not stay here, if you're going to Disney, stay at the Kyriad! If you're wanting Paris, it's not that close anyway so find a closer hotel. Collapse

Our room was clean and tidy, but VERY basic. Furniture in living area old and not very comfortable, kitchen tiny and poorly equipped. Cancelled a second, previously booked visit despite losing all our money as we had booked a no refund stay and paid in full WITHOUT HAVING SEEN THE PLACE. As you can gather, we would not stay there again. Collapse

Great location for Disneyland Paris with shuttle buses round corner by shopping mall. Great deal on price and clean accommodation. Close to shops and restaurants and good parking in garage under hotel.
