We stayed here for 24 nights whilst working on the area. This hotel does have an underground car park but they do charge, they did discount us to €3 a day. There is a height restriction so look out if you have a roof box. First impression was good and check in was pretty swift. The lobby area was clean and bright. All the rooms have a kitchenette with basic cooking equipment. My room 417 was a good size with a comfortable bed and a spectate shower and bath. The hotel breakfast wasn't bad with all the usual European fair. But maybe a little expensive at €16 (we were given a discount and got it for £13) Hotel wifi was down for a week or so but they did get it fixed and when working was a good speed at around 10mb The location is very good for Disney land as the train station is a minute walk across the road. It's one stop and very quick. €1.90 will get you there. Also the Disney village is open until late at night at has restaurants and shops. There is no charge to enter the village. Also the Val d'europe shopping centre is a 5min walk away. Loads of shops and restaurants and a massive supermarket. Food and drinks are pretty pricey. Overall it was a good stay and the staff were good. Pascale was a nice chap and very helpful. Collapse

We booked this apartment last minute after cancelling our original accommodation due to poor reviews on TA. From the first communication with Residhome I was impressed with how helpful and efficient the communication was. Worth noting - I got the best rate by booking direct with them. Upon arrival, check in was efficient and very friendly. We were given a room upgrade and the room was perfect for our needs. Not massive but then we didn't need a large room as we would be out all day at Disney! It was clean and well furnished. The kitchen had everything needed for basic meals and we were even provided with a mini washing up kit. The location of the apartments was ideal, 5 minute walk from the station and from restaurants and shops. We saved a fortune being able to make our own lunches and snacks to take to Disney where it is €4 for just a drink! I would definitely recommend this accommodation if you are doing Disney on a budget and we will use again. Collapse

Booked the Residhome for the last week of march 2017. Could not have picked a better hotel for our Disney (and Paris) adventure. It was just me and my 10 year old daughter so I cannot stress enough that this is and easy and convenient hotel to get to from the airport with bags. We got into CDG Airport and had booked our Bullet TGV tickets ahead of time. It took a little wondering around but after finding the correct terminal and train area we converted our reservations into tickets at the TGV station and got to the train. The trip took 10 minutes tops. We got off the train and were sitting right in front of the Disneyland parks! To get to the hotel you have to transfer to the RER lines which is a short two minute walk. You must get a ticket at the RER for the next stop. the trains run alll the time so you will not wait long. If you board on the closest trains to the platform you will get off at the far end of the Val D Europe station.Up the stairs and you are right in front of the hotel. You need to get buzzed in when you arrive. The buzzer is on the wall next to the doors. The chip key operates the doors when you have been checked in. The Lobby is clean and nice. The resturant and bar are right off the lobby if you are having the breakfast at the hotel (may be included or not depending on your reservation). Check in was quick and easy. Make sure you get a second key for the room even if you really only need one for the power. When you check in they will give you a code for the elevators. This will let you get to your room. The lights on the floors are on motion detectors so it may be dark until you step out of the elevator. The rooms are great. We had a studio that was set up as a 1 bedroom. There was a sliding door that seperated the living room area from the bedroom. The rooms are modern, clean and well appointed. As you walk in the bathroom with bath and shower, and a seperate toilet (no boudet) are on your right. a short hall takes you to the kitchen and living area. off of the living area there is a small balcony. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cleaning supplies and towels. The kitchen has a small stove and refrigerator and here is where the second key comes in. When you enter the room a small panel is on the wall on your left. You must place your room key in the outlet to turn on the electrical power in the room. If you do not have a second key and leave with your room key -- prepare to have warm items in the fridge when you get back. We had a small courtyard that overlooked the back grounds. It was nice to sit out and have a cup of coffee, The location of the hotel cannot be better, It takes five minutes to walk over to the train station, five minutes to get to the park. Right in front. Also you can take the train to Paris and see the sights. it is quick and easy to get around. Please be aware when going into the city that you will have to transfer and the stations take a little getting use to but once you get your travel legs it is an easy city to get around. A great place to stay when visiting Paris, Disneyland Paris. Collapse

May be, expecting some empathy and friendliness is too much. unfriendly host at breakfast, smile seems to be very expensive here. exception though, a gentlemen serving us on the ke snack on our first night, helpful and friendly Collapse
