My family and I recently stayed for one night at the start of our holiday and we were extremely disappointed with both the service we received and the quality of the room. Firstly, it states checkin is from 2pm, we arrived at 2.30pm and were quite rudely told that we would have to come back at 3pm as we were too early. Once we were finally able check in, we had to wait for almost 20minutes whilst the receptionist checked with several people as to whether or not the room was actually ready. We were told that we had been upgraded, but when we got to the room is was in very poor state of repair. To start with it had stairs, which was not ideal with a one and a two year old (we thought we were staying in a single story apartment). The wood of the stairs was very worn and splintered. The toilet roll holder in the downstairs bathroom was hanging off the wall, the toilet seat in the upstairs toilet was not at all attached to the toilet. The pull out bed was falling apart and there were very large holes in the walls by the window. The duvets for the pull out bed had no covers and the pillow cases were grubby. The room stank of drains and there wasn't a cot as requested. If that was an upgrade, I hate to think what the room were had actually book would have looked like!! When I visited reception about the cot, I was told I had to pay €20 deposit, which I don't have an issue with, but this should have been mentioned when booking. Then the receptionist proceeded to give me a cot and very worn, dirty mattress. When I asked if someone could bring it to the room since I had several bags of groceries, a baby and a toddler, he looked around, and said 'no, no, it's not happening, you have to do it'. I was disgusted that he had spoken to me like that, but more so, the fact that there was no one to help! By this point, it was late, we had all had a long day and I just couldn't be bothered to have to change rooms since we were leaving again in the morning. After reading such good reviews this is really not at all what I was expecting and really ruined the start of our holiday. I emailed them once we were home, but all that was offered was a discounted rate when we return-we will not be returning! Collapse

Hotel was very close to Disneyland about a 10 minutes on the shuttle and the staff were very nice and accommodating,it. We got a self catering apartment for 5 people. One double bed upstairs, a bunk bed and a sofa bed. The beds were comfortable however the light above the top bunk was broken which would not be safe for a child. The room did not come with a hair dryer but one was available in reception for a €20 deposit. The electric outlets were poor and the borders around them often fell off. One of the sockets in the room with the bunk beds often buzzed if something was plugged in. The room also did not have any bowls and instead had 2 big mixing bowls. I would not recommend this place for a family with young children however it is adequate if you are just looking for a bed. Personally I would go to another hotel the next time. Collapse

Let me start by saying do not book a studio room! Despite it saying a studio will sleep 4 people the room was tiny. There was no bed, two sofas and one single mattress under one of the sofa's. none of the sofas had pull out beds, as we were staying for 5 nights i complained to reception asking them where we were suppose to sleep. When I requested a change of room the staff seemed confused and repeatedly asked me what I wanted, my answer being 'a bed'. I must say I felt very uncomfortable as during our time at reception the staff were speaking French to each other in a very angry manner, clearly aimed at us. After waiting we were moved to another room. We were very impressed with a 2 bedroom apartment which we were given however upon further inspection one of the radiators was falling off the wall, the lightbulb flickered even when switched off (in the bedroom), one of the sockets were hanging off the wall and the kitchen light didn't work. The room next door seemed to be smoking (not just cigarettes) as every evening when approaching the room and in the apartment itself there was a very distinctive smell, not pleasant especially if you had children. On the positive side the shuttle bus was handy, there's restaurants close by and the shopping centre has plenty of options. They provided plenty of towels and pillows and a hairdryer, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets which was very handy! The pool didn't open till 11, obviously when in Paris you don't want to stay in the apartment till 11 so we couldn't use this facility, would be much better if it opened earlier! Overall we had an amazing holiday, the hotel needs updating however for us it was just a base as we spent most of our time exploring. Do not expect great things, the hotels fine for a base camp rather than a luxurious stay. Collapse

5 of us stayed here for 3 nights, and really enjoyed our stay. Room was nice and clean, staff were helpful on arrival giving us all the information we needed for Disney. Breakfast was good, plenty to chose from. The shuttle is 2 minutes down the road and only 10 minutes from disneyland. Always ran on time. Next door to the hotel is a massive shopping mall with bars, restaurants and a supermarket which is cheap, ideal for taking your own food in to Disney. We would stay here again. Collapse

Me and my friend stopped here for 5 nights using it as a base to explore Disneyland and Paris! The hotel is good value and has great transport links, we caught the free shuttle bus to Disney land with no hassle! The buses were always on time and we never struggled to get on! The hotel it's self is clean and the rooms are a good size! They are well equipped with lots of utensils, microwave, hob etc and even a dishwasher. We chose this hotel so we could self cater and make lunch etc to take into the theme parks to save on the extortionate prices! The supermarket in the shopping centre has a huge range of everything! The beds are essentially sofas which you have to use as single beds which was fine, but the bed provided for a third person I'm not sure would be suitable for an adult as it is a very limp looking fold up thing! The wifi was good and worked throughout the hotel! The hotel front staff were friendly but not great at English! Be aware that they ask for your city tax the moment you arrive! We only had breakfast one day but it was not worth the money. We arrived to breakfast at 7am on the day we were leaving and for an hour there was no hot food what so ever which we were not informed of when booking. Having known this we wouldn't have chosen to do this as our taxi was at 08:15. A lady working in the dining area was also telling people that their time was up and they had to leave which was very confusing for an all you can eat breakfast that no where states there is any kind of sitting times or time limits? She also told me to go and put my tray away (which I would of course done anyway) which I felt was rather rude considering I'm a former woman and it's not a school canteen. Overall the hotel is a great base for Disneyland on a budget! The location is great, facilities good, there are lovely resteraunts less than a minutes walk away which are half the price of the ones in Disney! We managed to get flights, 5 nights hotel and 3 day park tickets for £350! This was in school holidays too! Would deffo stop here if visiting Disneyland again! Collapse
