This hotel has everything for a great stay at Disney; free shuttle bus, close enough to walk also, next door to a large shopping centre with great restaurants, and comfortable self-contained apartments. The staff were friendly and helpful and the only criticism I could give is that it's looking a little worn in places, but we found it clean and comfy. There was also a pool and restaurant, but we didn't try either. There's even a safe in the room. Will definitely stay here again as it was perfect for our needs. Collapse

Recently returned from this hotel and have thought hard about posting an honest review. If you are looking for a pristine and faultless hotel then look elsewhere. This hotel is tired, dated and showing signs of neglect in regards to maintenance. I was part of a small group with two rooms and the standards between both rooms were similar. In my own room there was some mould in the bathroom, stains on the carpets, serious marking on the walls and a comical door handle that continued to come away from the door each time you used it. The level of service in the self catering rooms differed somewhat with my room barely having any toilet roll upon my check in and no tea towel however our other room had three rolls and a tea towel. I know that as the room are part self catering But i do think the basics could be properly provided especially if like myself you check in on a Sunday and the local supermarkets are closed. Not nice having to ask at reception, embarrassing. The rooms are seemingly not serviced during your stay at all. Like over reviewers I too was hoping for a swim before going to the park but as the pool did not open until a ridiculous 11am, this was not possible. It’s not all too bad though as I would say with the exception of one staff member I found the desk staff very polite. The location of the hotel and shuttle bus to the park is great, especially if you like a brisk short walk. Personally I would pay a few pounds extra per night and use a different hotel next time. We have just come back from our holiday to Disneyland Paris where we stayed at the above hotel. This place is ok if there is just two of you but we had booked for 3 adults and one child. This meant that 1 adult slept on the sofa and the child slept on a pull out bed on the floor. The apartment was tiny, if you sat at the table you couldn't cook or do anything in the kitchen. You couldn't swing a cat in the bathroom and if you were tall then your knees would hit the toilet door when you sat down. We were based on the ground floor at the front which meant you could not open the window without someone walking past and looking in. As the rooms were so hot this made it impossible to sleep at night. The kitchen was poorly equipped and there was no base for the kettle so we could not use it. We asked at reception but they did nothing about it. Stains all over the carpet in hallway and apartment. On a more positive note the free shuttle was fantastic although you may struggle to find it when you first arrive at Marne Le Chessy train station as you have to walk through the Disney bag check to get to it. The swimming pool doesn't open until 11am so not much use if you want an early morning swim before heading off to the parks. And walking back in the evening we saw a group in another room down the corridor having a party and leaning out of the window smoking. Not a pretty sight. Overall I wish we had spent a bit more money and stayed somewhere nicer. Collapse

We have stayed here before and it has never let us down. The hotel is clean and staff is lovely, only couple of issues we requested extra pillows and we are still waiting and in 4 nights we didnt receive clean towels during our visit. Rooms are tad small but we did only use them for sleeping and not much else. I would return and would recommend. Collapse

We stayed here last week during the UK half term break and used the apartments as a base for Disney. The location is perfect, we travelled from the airport into Val D'Europe via TGV and RER train and the apartments themselves are approximately a 15 minute walk from the Val D'Europe station. You can even walk practically from the station to the apartments through the huge Val D'Europe shopping centre depending on what time you are coming and going and which can be handy on the more inclement days. Having the shopping centre on the doorstep is very handy, the main shopping area is open until 9pm but there are a number of restaurants inside that are open until 11pm. There is also a huge convenience shopping centre inside the Mall itself called Auchan and we did a couple of mini-shops in there, picking up things to make snacks etc to take to Disney itself. The staff at the Adagio were also great, really welcoming on arrival, friendly and knowledgable. The only downside is the hotel itself or more specifically the rooms. We booked an apartment style room and were lucky enough to get one with a small balcony to the front, which was handy. However, the furnishings in the main living area of the room were very tired and the carpet stained and featuring a number of what I can only assume were cigarette burns (definitely burns anyway). The toilet was 'cleaned' but stained from previous use, which wasn't pleasant and had clearly left a bit of an odour, which did permiate the rest of the apartment at times due to everything being in such close proximity to each other. Another real downside were the walkways to and from the hotel room. As the rooms are all supposed to be non-smoking, the hotel has put some of the industrial style ashtrays on the walls outside the rooms all the way down the corridors (the corridors are semi-outdoor, a roof but an open aspect to the side). This means that, by default, all of those residents that smoke come out onto the corridors to do so and a walk to and from the room can be like taking a walk down smoke-riddled alleyways. A different way of catering for those who want to smoke would be extremely useful. With all of that said, there are positives to the place not least the fact it is ten minutes from the train station, which is a further 10 minutes from Disney so I don't want to seem as though I'm just having a go at it but there are definitely also things to consider before staying here.
