we inteded to stay 2 nights but then our flight got cancelled and we ended up stayin an extra 4 nights. they were as helpful as could be till they got the money out of us after 4 days taking into account there was 3 adults and 4 young children we needed a fresh towel and some toilet role.we were told we had to use the same towel for 7days before they would give us a fresh one. then they gave us a spare roll of toilet paper. we went out one day and came back to our room door being wide open and we had ensured it was shut tight when we left and house keepers walked in every day and when they saw us there they walked back out leaving the door wide open which is obviously what happened but when i approached them at reception they didnt wanna hear it! the press doors were hanging off in the halls and nails sticking out. one of us got stuck in the elevator and when he rang the alarm the man on thr intercom just laughed at him.took over an hour to get him out. overall an aweful experience for us Collapse
Unfriendly staff, poorly maintained rooms, great location from Disney and shopping.

I’ll begin with the positives. I’ve rated this hotel as ‘average’ because it’s location is fab if your going to Disneyland Paris. The hotel has a free shuttle bus that can get you from right outside the hotel to Disneyland in 5 mins (which was great). The hotel is also right next door to a shopping mall that contained restaurants (most of which were terrible), clothes shops, coffee shops and even a super market (that is huge). There’s even a train station just around the corner which makes commuting into Paris very easy. However.... now the negatives....the staff were unfriendly at best and down right rude at times! On the rare occasions that I had to approach the front desk for help I found the staff to be reluctant to engage with me and somewhat irritated by my presence. Now for the rooms.... the first room they put us in seemed ok at first... however.... upon closer inspection I found that our bed (double in the bedroom) had collapsed completely on one side! I found this out by simply sitting on it. There is no way that the staff who changed the bedding (prior to our arrival) could’ve missed this but, nonetheless, it had been left that way. Then I found that the pull out bed (for the kids in the lounge area) had slats missing from underneath it and was subsequently uncomfortable and potentially unsafe. Having found these faults (at around 11:30pm) I went down stair, to the front desk, to tell them that the room wasn’t fit for use. The guy on the reception looked very put out and inconvenienced by my complaint and then asked me....”did you break the beds”!!! I HAD ARRIVED TWO MINUTES EARLIER HOW COULD I HAVE BROKEN TWO BEDS??? He then, reluctantly, agreed to allow us to move to a different room... no apology for the inconvenience.... no “can we help you” at all.... nothing besides an arrogant roll of his eyes! So we move to the next room (at nearly midnight by now having already unpacked in the first room). The second room also had slats missing from the underneath of the pull out bed however the main double bed was in one piece so we stayed there (and put cushions underneath the pull out bed to ensure that it didn’t collapse under my child’s weight). Later that night I plugged my phone charge into the socket in the wall.... when I tried to take it out later that evening the entire socket came with it exposing live electrical wires. One final note.... the toilet room smelled like urine. This place was cheap and the location was great. But if you can afford it please look elsewhere first! I would definitely not stay there again! The friendly and helpful reception staff hold this place together. First impressions from the lobby are great, unfortunately for us, that is where the good impressions ended. Our initial room was not at all as described on hotels.com and didnt even have capacity for the number of guests stated. We were told that they dont have any rooms at all with single beds or double sofa beds and that the pictures shown must be from years ago. Once moved to a duplex appartment we at least had the required number of beds even if the double sofa bed was in fact a single sofa. The rooms are not well maintained at all with shower trims missing leaving bare brickwork, heavily marked carpets and the heater in the lounge was not working. We even had unwashed kitchen utensils in the pot with clean ones. The swimming pool was far too cold for young children and changing facilities are not good. We have stayed in far better places nearby for similar money over the last year. Overall I would say our stay was comparable to a Butlins style break by way of price and furnishings, only dirtier, less maintained and without the entertainment and facilities you get with Butlins. Very friendly staff, building very outdated.

We stayed at this hotel as it came in with our Disney package that we paid for. We didn't spend much time there as most of the time we were out. It gave us somewhere to stay but wouldn't be somewhere to book if staying in the hotel for long periods of time. We arrived to find that our room had been double booked under another name and couldn't have the room we requested but the very helpful and friendly staff allocated us another room and offered free parking (as normally there is a daily charge) we booked breakfast for 7 people, which stated there would be full choice including bacon eggs etc however after booking and paying there was choice of only cereal, cold hard boiled eggs and cold pancakes and donuts. The pool was absolutely freezing to the point where the adults couldn't even get in, we were charged for clean towels and were told we could phone reception 24 hours a day from our room but no matter what time of day nobody ever answered. The rooms themselves were generally clean but very old, mold in the bathroom and hair in the bath. Walls were paper thin and drunk people shouting kept the kids awake for 2 of the nights and there were cigarette butts swimming in the outdoor plant pots on our balcony. There wasn't enough crockery etc for the amount of people we had in our party so we all had to eat at different times and although there was toilet roll and washing up liquid, there were no bin bags or cloths/sponges and we were there for a week so had to buy these. Having mentioned the bad parts... As mentioned before, staff were very friendly and helpful for the most part, the towels were clean, and bedding immaculate. Beds were comfortable, even the pullout sofa bed. There was a free of charge safe in our room that included our own code for peace of mind that nobody could access it while we were out. Rooms were spacious and there was staff at reception 24hrs. Would only stay here at reduced prices and if we weren't spending much time here. Collapse

This is very close to Disney and next to the shopping centre. The check-in was seamless, and we were able to park our car with a roofbox in the ground-level car park, as it was too high for the underground car park. There was also on the street parking in roads nearby, just be careful to not park on the main road (blue zone) as you need permits during the day. Parking is 10Euro per night, which felt a bit steep. The apartment was fine for our purposes, clean and the kitchen well equipped for making breakfast and dinner. There is also a nice bakery a minute away near the Town Hall. The bathroom could probably do with a refurb as the bath had a small crack in it. We tried to use the pool once, which was unfortunately the day the boiler broke, so it was coldest dip ever, and we lasted a few minutes before giving up. There is a free bus running to Disney, but the earliest bus was at 8.30ish and we wanted to be at the park for opening, so we walked and it took us 15-mins (with a 6 and 9-year old), and we sometimes braved the bus to return, but it gets really busy, and at peak times not everyone seemed to get on. The hotel was quiet at night, and all in all a pleasant stay. The Hi Park near by also seemed nice. Collapse
