We stayed at Hotel Acadia for a five night holiday in Paris last week. We had such a wonderful experience here!! The first aspect, that made our stay the most enjoyable, was the staff that so kindly chatted with us (helped me practice French as well!) greeted us each time we walked in the door, and helped us with anything we needed. Beatrice the manager, Bruno, and the rest of the amazing people at Acadia really made a positive impact on us and we appreciated them so very much. Secondly, the rooms and areas in the hotel were very tidy, and the staff who serviced our room did a great job each time. Each bedroom was spacious enough for my partner and I, and the mattresses were very comfortable! We felt at home here. Third, the breakfast was just amazing!! It is included in the hotel stay, and I can't think of enough good things to say about it. They included freshly cooked eggs and sausage, cold meat slices, fresh cheese, multiple types of freshly delivered bread, jam, butter, a variety of juice, and great coffee! I couldn't have asked for more :) overall, our stay at Hotel Acadia was incredibly positive and we will definitely stay with them upon our return to Paris in the future! Thank you :) Collapse

Usually i don't post comment but this little hotel deserve this comment to encourage them. I came with my Boyfriend small room compare to what we use to but i think in paris is normal if we compare with what we use to. The rooms are well clean, the bathroom looks old really old and take off a good point. We were in the room 504 i think with some artificial greengrass i think they should think of making a small balcony........the staff are very kind espacially Dora and Beatrice such a great team, i have worked before in hotels this is my firat time seeing a 12h shift ask myself how they do to not feel exhausted and still have a smile at the 3nd of them day as the do everything alone (clap for you ladies) a day it was a rainy day so we were at the lobby i fell pity for them Dora had a check in, phone ring, the door ring, ,(as the leave the door close for security reason, and she have to fold in two to open as the desk is down......) and some people asking for taxi and coffee as there is a coffee machine at the lobby, oh hell......really appreciate everything thank you! Our experience at Acadia was quite nice. Aside from the location, you can't beat the price for what you get including a nice breakfast as well as complimentary snacks and drinks throughout the day. The staff was the best, especially Dola and Frederic. They were most friendly and accommodating. I had even lost my cell phone and they were empathetic and helpful as I tried to maneuver through the mishap. Thank you staff! I'd definitely recommend it this hotel to others! Jessica Collapse

We stayed here for 3 nights. It is by some metro stops which is how we got around Paris. But it's about a 15 minute walk from the Louvre which isn't bad at all. The free breakfast was good, one of the days they made crepes! There is a crepe place called mardi crepe nearby and a really good gelato place which everything in its individual containers (that's how you know it's good btw). Friendly staff, and helpful. I travel a lot to Paris and in my last 5 trips (in 4 months) I decided to stay always in Astotel. I stayed in 123 rue Sebastopol and 123 fabourg saint honore, this time do to the extremely expensive summer rate I had to chose this one ( the managers in the other hotels were to busy to help me and guarantee the corporate rate they previously offer me). The hotel is old and different from the pictures they show you on the web site. I asked for a room far from the elevator and they gave me one exactly in from of it. The room smells very bad,and to be honest in all the hotel there was this bad smell, the room toilet is old ,pockey, really not nice. The bed although is comfortable I was hitching all night long and I woke up with rashes. The air conditioning is impossible to use because it's so noisy and don't even work properly. The breakfast which they say the offer you is bad. Grey ham, fruit salad that stinks, really orribile! At 8 o clock they already finished the bread and the croissants . In the morning At the reception they didn't even bother to call me a taxi, saying that I have to go in the street to take one. I'm a women travel on my own with usually two big suitcase, I would have appreciated a little bit of help. Especially in this case were there where two young guys at the reception doing... what.....? I don't know, certainly not there to help you. During the night instead there was a nicer guy who helped me and book me a taxi for the next day. The free bar in the room after the first day was never refilled. To make the long story short Astotel has lost a good client because from now I don't think I will go back to one of their hotel.
