out of 5We visited both Hampton Court and Kew Gardens attractions, both very good. Used Oyster travel card for first time with £15.00 on. Covered all travel for both days with money left on card.

out of 5Had a lovely time from start to finish. Staff at Hotel Russell were extremely helpful and advised us on good local restaurants. When eating at the restaurant the staff gave good menu recommendations as we struggled to choose due the tempting offerings on the menu.London didnt disappoint - something to do for everyone had a lovely time

out of 5Entrance to hotel is stunning but bathrooms in standard rooms are small. Our room on 6th floor had a great view at night of the Eye and several other landmarks. Excellent location with entertainment and shopping in walking distance.

out of 5The bus tour was entertaining due to the guide. The boat trip was the same. The hotel was perfect, the staff were really focused on the customers needs they were brillant!! The hotel was let down by the meals the evening meal was very disappointing. The breakfast was good but the problem was it was cold. I read the reviews from other people and their comments regarding the food were confirmed. I would stay again at this hotel but would eat out. On the journey the train had an an hour delay due to a problem on the track.
