out of 5A short break in London and its amazing what you can do! Two nights in a convenient and comfortable hotel. We were upgraded to a exec room on arrival, fab start. We booked The Lion King and Harry Potter World with Superbreak and both were truly amazing. In fact we couldn't get HPW tickets any other way!Our second Superbreak trip and my daughters third, she went to Aberdeen in January, and we will be booking again soon :)

out of 5Had a lovely break to celebrate my 60th Birthday. My husband and I went to see We Will Rock You, an excellent show. Done shopping in Harrods and afternoon tea. Done the London Eye on Sunday. Nice to do something in our own country.
Overnight In London

Overall Hotel Rating:
out of 5We stayed at the holiday inn kensington forum - a large hotel but ideally placed for visits to central London, and only 30 seconds from gloucester road underground. The lobby, halls and bedrooms were spotless and all staff were friendly and helpful. The room overlooked the main entrance to the hotel, but was reasonably quiet and a/c kept it reasonably temperate. We visited covent garden which is always an experience with indoor market, craft stalls and street performers aplenty. We ate at maxwells (about 50 yards from market towards underground station), and for a shared starter, 2 main courses and drinks paid less than £25! the following day we ate at chinese buffet (mr wu's) around the corner from the trocadero centre in picadilly -cheap and cheerful, but good food and quick! for 2 buffets and 2 cokes it was less than £10!! a bargain.
Short Break In The Capital

Overall Hotel Rating:
out of 5The Holiday Inn was one of the best Superbreak hotels we have stayed in. Bedroom modern and spotless, breakfasts well organised and plenty of choice. We also enjoyed an excellent evening meal in the restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful. Tubes are by far the best way of getting around-purchase an oyster card before trip! Lots of underground upgrading going on at weekends so best to check this out. We were unable to fit in a visit to the titanic exhibition at the O2 because the jubilee line was closed. A trip to London will never be a disappointment.

out of 5Excellent value short break including rail and Holiday Inn Kensington. Hotel is really well placed, room was fine, clean and was actually better than I had thought it would be for inner London. The breakfast was great - sets you up for the day. This is a good partnership Superbreak have with East Coast Rail and Holiday Inn group. Would recommend - hotel is literally 2 mins from Gloucester Road tube station and staff very helpful. 3+/4 star hotel borderline.
