Dublin Excellent

Tara towers hotel staff were great, reception area new, and good bar area. But once you leave that floor the first floor bedrooms are jaded and dated, and need updating/modernising. New staff team so this maybe on the agenda.

The Tara Experience

A customer from Gosport who stayed at this hotel wrote this review.

Stay Date: 08/11/06

Overall Hotel Rating:

4 out of 5

The best advice received was at the Tara Towers Hotel, they told us to use the 3 day Rambler for Dublin Buses and it was worth every cent. Great way to travel for very little money (10.5 Euros per person and includes Transfer to the Airport which was 13 KMs away. The Wicklow Mountains tour was superb as was the Guinness Storehouse, the latter being part of the City Hop on -Hop off Tours. If you have time visit Malahide and the fishing village of Howth. Do this using the DART (Dublin area Rail Transport) It was a fitting finale to a beautiful week surrounded by very warm and frienly people.
