About Eden Project
Since it opened in 2011 The Eden Project has seen over 10 million visitors pass through its doors. Set just 3 miles from the beautiful town of St Austell the Cornwall attraction is truly unique being home to the world's largest rainforest in captivity. Venture through the Rainforest Biome and discover a host of tropical plants and beautiful waterfalls in the rainforest. For those with a head for heights go above the treetops on the Rainforest look out and see it all from a different angle. With a Mangrove swamp, Malaysian hut and host of plants including Cocoa and Banana plants there is plenty to see in the Rainforest Biome.
The Eden Project is also home to the Mediterranean Biome filled with flowers and plants from Europe and South Africa to California. With a mosaic path and vine yards you’ll feel as if you’re are in the heart of the Mediterranean, why not enjoy some alfresco-style dining at the café.
