out of 5Excellent value for money, entertainment was ok, food at hotel was excellent, faultless. Room was good, included a jacuzzi, great. Unfortunately, room was opposite lift, people congregating seemed to talk very loudly!

out of 5Service good and very smooth running in the restaraunt. Food good. Facilities excellent as was the entertainment. First rooms offered not good. After complaint was reissued with other rooms which were satisfactory.

out of 5Short break to celebrate daughters 21st birthday, well situated, close to everything, very quiet street. Nothing negative about stay, very clean hotel and excellent breakfast, host very pleasant, would go back again.

out of 5We went to Blackpool for the northern soul weekend in the tower ballroom which we have done for the last few years.It was excellent as usual. The food in the hotel was lovely , the hotel room was the worst we've ever stayed in.
