out of 5The hotel was beautiful and the staff were very friendly & helpful. Disappointed with shower - we are of average height but had to crouch down to use it to was our hair - very uncomfortable.

out of 5Hotel is in a fantastic location for central Exeter but for a 4 star hotel we had two sleepless nights: too hot, very uncomfortable. Breakfast is now only a buffet whereas it used to be cooked fresh. Overall disappointed for the price!.

out of 5The hotel is attractive, comfortable and convenient for exeter city centre. The reception staff were helpful and provided us with information and directions. Breakfast was somewhat disappointing - hot food was lukewarm and service mediocre. Overall the hotel provides reasonable value.
