- New Year’s Eve, Start the day with a hearty all you can eat breakfast. Today why not take the day to explore the area and catch up on some last minute bargains. New Year Hogmanay Gala Dinner is served! The doors will be pushed open and all will be seated for the forthcoming Hogmanay celebration, which includes New Year Dinner menu, Disco, Pipers sounding to signify midnight and the arrival of 2014.
