out of 5Stayed at the aviemore inn, a lovely hotel with very friendly staff, giovanni's restaurant served excellent food served by excellent staff, could not fault anything ,a lovely weekend will certainly be going back at a later date if only for the classic minestrone soup they served in giovanni's it was gorgeous.

out of 5The hotel looks a bit like the marie celeste when you walk into it no staff to be seen (check in is at another building in the complex) and it looks like a dormitory. Saying that the room was clean but could do with a bit of a revamp. We were on the top floor so perhaps they are the 'cheaper rooms' allocated to online discount websites.

out of 5Myself and a friend visited aviemore, where we met whilst working there 20yrs ago, it was a great trip to re visit old haunts and see the improvements and the gorgeous beauty of the cairngorms again.

out of 5.......The snotty male receptionist. You know when you have one of those experiences, when the receptionist gives you one of those snotty looks. The one that tells you, that you are being looked down on. Even before you have said anything. Well, that's what all of my group of five concluded, about the male receptionist at the avimore inn. Not at all helpful, and plain rude. The rest of the staff seemed ok.
