out of 5My wife and I are repeat visitors as our daughter lives and works in Dundee. We have always used the Landmark and its incarnation before it became part of Landmark. It is set in beautiful peaceful grounds. The welcome is always warm, the rooms and beds are always clean and comfortable. I really cannot fault the hotel.

out of 5We enjoyed our stay, but it was tainted by the breakfast scenario. A wedding had been held the night before, and many guests stayed in the hotel over night. They all decided to go for breakfast at the same time, and we had to wait approx 1 hour to be seated, and the food was sparce and cold.

out of 5Hotel disappointing, swimming pool out of commission (not advised when booking). Requested adjoining rooms, not offered till we complained. Staff surly in bar and bickering amongst themselves. Breakfast staff excellent. Enjoyed shopping in Perth and Broughty Ferry. Excellent restaurant in Broughty Ferry (Bruach), varied and exciting menu and friendly staff.

Editor’s Comments: Hotels do provide us of scheduled maintenance work to leisure facilities where possible, so we can advise guests. However last minute maintenance work cannot always be advised in advance.

out of 5Wanted a relaxing break before Christmas and New Year to recharge our batteries.The hotel was in a nice quiet location but within easy driving distance to Dundee centre.The hotel was very clean and the Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Found it difficult to find a good restaurant in the City Centre but came acroos an Indian and Chinese buffet at the harbour. Excellent. Overall a very enjoyable and relaxing stay and returned home refreshed for the Festive season.
