out of 5The Ramada Jarvis hotel is in a very good location in the town centre though it is looking a bit tired now. The 'double' room seemed more like a single with very little space. Fortunately we were not in the room all that much. The Mustard Seed restaurant provided an excellent meal & service, but the Bella Italia served food which had to be sent back to be re-heated, upon which the manager became rather aggressive in manner instead of being apologetic although he did finally deduct the item from the bill.

out of 5We all had a wonderful time at the Ramada in Inverness. The hotel was lovely and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The manager was very nice, he introduced all the staff who were involved in the New Year party from the chef right up to management it was a very nice personal touch by him, they all seemed very friendly and happy.They made us feel very much at home. The only downside was the buffet meal on New Years night, could have been better, possibly more hot food. Apart from that it was lovely, looking forward to going back again soon.

out of 5Good hotel with polite and welcoming staff convenient to the station and several good restaurants.The ride to kyle of lochalsh on the train was spectacular. Shame you cannot control the weather, wet!.
