out of 5Good points hotel staff, location, breakfasts and view from room. Bad points didn't get much sleep for the women in next room who never could talk for england. Parking is disgusting we heard many complain we were lucky we got parked outside of hotel for the 3 nights we were there as it was bank holiday only cost us £3.40 that was sheer luck.

out of 5Excellent hotel and facilities unfortunately other guests were a constant disruption shouting,swearing and hammering on doors at various points during the night - by 5.30am I had complained to staff as my two small children were very upset by all of the noise. Not a place to stay with children- more of a hen night/stag night location.

out of 5The hotel was very good value for money & the location was good for central Leeds everything was within walking distance & the area was quiet. The hotel rooms were fine although the walls were paper thin & you could hear everything plus the linen & pillows were quite hard. Other than that the breakfast was substantial & the hotel clean.

out of 5Lively city with great shops and pubs. Hotel is very modern, clean and afforable, does get very busy with young ones at weekends.
