out of 5The hotel was not what we expected from the outside as it is on a Business park but you wouldn't know it once you walked inside. The staff were excellent (all English and local by the sound of their accents) and the hotel facilites great! The only complaint is that the restaurant was very expensive.

out of 5Good location, good hotel but needs better training for its staff. Comfort really good. We would stay again even though it was expensive.The spa was fully booked so this was disappointing.

out of 5Having stayed at this hotel for a business meeting two weeks earlier there was an opportunity to return whilst attending a business meeting in Leeds. As this stay was on a Friday night it was possible to use some the facilities in the Spa. This hotel is of the highest standards, rooms are superb, restaurant is excellent, ample safe car parking with M1 minutes away.
