Weekend In Nottingham
A customer who stayed at this hotel wrote this review.
Stay Date: 08/08/10
Overall Hotel Rating:
out of 5Nottingham has a castle with lovely gardens and an interesting museum. There was a Robin Hood film exhibtion which seemed a bit pointless. The caves are located, bizarrely, in the shopping centre. We got there too a late to visit on Saturday afternoon, and were told there was a big party in on Sunday so probably wouldn't get in either. Pity. Some nice, busy canalside pubs.
Short Break in Nottingham
A customer from South Humberside who stayed at this hotel wrote this review.
Stay Date: 27/06/09
Overall Hotel Rating:
out of 5Hotel was good but you could only open the window slightly and it was the hottest week end of the year so was very hot in the room. Air conditioning would have been a great advantage
Merry Men
A customer from Leeds who stayed at this hotel wrote this review.
Stay Date: 21/03/09
Overall Hotel Rating:
out of 5Having avoided the many stag parties sprawling out the numerous bars on Saturday night, I thoroughly enjoyed my night at the theatre. The shopping remains as good as ever and Nottingham seems to be holding its own in the current financial climate with not too many closed down premises. Pack Of Lies - Excellent revival of a 1960's hit - what a crisis of conscience when asked to betray the neighbours you trust.
Weekend Break in Noittingham
A customer from NORWICH who stayed at this hotel wrote this review.
Stay Date: 26/09/08
Overall Hotel Rating:
out of 5Arrived at Trent Bridge for cricket on Friday morning, and saw almost two full days of county championship cricket in sunshine (mostly). Went into Derby town centre for a tour of their shooping mall. Ye Olde Tip to Jerusalem and the other attractions which I have listed above made the trip even more worthwhile. Two of the three Weatherspoons pubs where well worth a visit, as was the Old Salutation. The hotel was well worth the price, especially as I paid £90.00 instead of the full rate of £160.00. Staff at the hotel were of the highest quality, possibly with the exception of the dining area, where everything was rather slow.
Nice Place

out of 5What a surprise - very close to almost everything (Nottingham Castle, City, Railwaystation) you'll find a very nice hotel with great services and friendly staff. I'd always come back again...maybe next year already!
