out of 5We had a wonderful two nights at the Crowne Plaza - staff were so enthuiastic & helpful. All Liverpools attractions were within easy walking distance of the hotel so after parking, life was easy. Liverpool must be one of Englands secret places - please don't miss the wonder of visiting one of Englands finest city experiences.

out of 5This was a work visit over 1 night. The hotel was good but far too much light in bedroom so sleep fitful. This from TV clock under door around curtains and from Air Con light. Having left a bag behind I had to collect it the next week. Staf were great with that as they were overall. Apart from the light issues and that the air con main system appeared to be over our room it was a good hotel.
