out of 5we booked a de-luxe room at the hotel for 4 nights & were extremely dissapointed with the size &the maintenance of the room.beds were not made let alone changed during our 4 nights there.decorating was being carried out through reception stairs & corridors.in all it was a very poor choice of hotel & poor value for money.we will not be choosing holiday inn hotels again

out of 5Stayed at Holiday Inn Chester South - friendly staff, clean hotel, good condition inside, good sized family room. Restaurant staff were poor for evening meals though. Good pool, but playpark was closed. Visited Chester Zoo - large, lots to see but very expensive and they charge still more for the monorail. Further afield we visited Spaceport, just before the tunnel to Liverpool. Well thought out indoor attraction with a simulator and a film about astronauts projected on a domed ceiling, as well as hands on exhibits
