out of 5Excellent break. Theme park and water park are outstanding for adults and kids alike. Spalsh landings is wecoming, quirky and enjoyable. Rooms are a bit small and lack storage space. The buffet price for young teenagers is steep. A full adult price for a 14 year old is excessive. The buffet itself is excellent but you have to accept the high price.

out of 5Excellent couple of days in spite of the weather. Water park was very busy and we had to queue not enough areas to sit down or put down belongings. Theme park was very good well organised

out of 5Cheerful, appealing hotel, I liked the fact that you had in effect the use of two hotels and a choice of restaurants. Disappointed with breakfast, was expensive and yet total self service. Someone had been smoking in our corridor. Reception staff very helpful and the resaurant in the Alton Towers hotel was very good. Children would love it and they are made welcome.

out of 5We have visited Alton Towers Waterpark many times. The whole family had a very enjoyable time once again. The hotel and facilities are good. The food is great and the children really enjoy themselves. On the downside it is a very expensive weekend for both food and drinks.
