out of 5Overall it was enjoyable stay. The room was more than adequate. Very large indeed, felt like I was in an apartment. The bed was amazingly comfy. And breakfast was superb, a very nice choice from the menu instead of the usual buffet breakfasts they have in lesser hotels. I would definately come back again and recommend it to anyone who is visting Worcester!.

out of 5The hotel was fine and staff friendly. Only critisim is the lack of staff for serving food, Friday night was fine, Saturday night with my family and had to wait nearly one & half hours for the food and then they forgot we had ordered sweet so took over two hours for the meal. But we will stay there again.
