out of 5I couldn't have been more impressed by the Elms - it has a 3 star rating, but we have stayed in many 5 star hotels which are not as good. Wonderful facilities, so family friendly with great attention to detail. The children wanted to stay a fortnight, but our one night seemed more like a short holiday as it was so relaxing. We will definitely return - one of the best hotels we have stayed at in the uk.
