out of 5When we arrived at the hotel they were unable to trace our booking even though we had a copy of the voucher and confirmation letter from Superbreak. The receptionist made no apology while trying to sort it out and had to get another member of staff to tell them how to deal with it - eventually we were given a room with one double and one single bed. The base of the bed had collapsed and in order to rectify it a wooden board had been layed across the base under the mattress, however the room was clean and presentable. We had chosen the hotel for the golf course and thie was excellent, staff very helpful and course very well maintained. Breakfast was cooked well with a good selection to choose from. Overall the hotel could do with a revamp as the decor was very tired and old-fashioned but for the price we paid for the room it was adequate. Only the golf course made it a worthwhile stay.

out of 5Telford Golf & Spa hotel was very good apart from restaurant which for a 4* hotel we felt it let the hotel down. Food uninspirational and mediocre quality. Otherwise, room & facilities were very good. Ironbridge and surroundings are well worth a visit. Stunning views and interesting places to visit.

out of 5The hotel is very modren and clean, inviting and exciting. Great room with all facilites. Good base for touring the area. Ironbridge is just about viewable from front of hotel, as it is 5 miles away. We had a view of a brick wall.

out of 5The hotel rooms were of comfortable, clean and of a high standard. The staff, particularly in the dining room, were efficient, friendly and very helpful. The leisure facilities were of a good standard and an enjoyable time was had by all. Not too far to travel to interesting places but nowhere nearby found to eat out. Would recommend this hotel even though my friends and I don't play golf.
