out of 5A warm welcome and despite being late the chef produced a meal even though his shift had just ended. All in all the staff were very helpful.

out of 5It took me an hour to find the hotel in Swindon. This was due to lack of signage on the estate, also and poor directions on your website. The hotel was clean but the staff looked untidy They need uniform and clean ironed shirts daily and had a couldn't care attitude but this could be because of language barrier. Now I know where it is I would use it again.
