out of 5Went down for 60th birthday and ruby wedding. Hotel was excellent had a great time sightseeing, hop on hop off bus was great value also got a free river cruise, paid for one day & got a second day free.

out of 5Hotel good position for buses and underground. Show was brilliant. All dancing at the end. Train journeys good as flexible on timing.

out of 5Arrived about 1:00 pm, room ready but as it was before 3:00pm got charged £10.00 to book in early. When i asked if i could leave my luggage and not check in, the answer was yes, but it costs £10.00. You can store luggage at the station for £8.50 a bag! the room was ok and fairly quiet. The window was a foot high and 6 feet above the floor, giving the impression we were in a basement.
