out of 5We had to ask twice for extra pillows and sheets. There was no tourist information/maps extra in the foyer which would have been useful.

out of 5I met with an accident with the parculiar window in the room and had to receive first aid assistance from the staff! However, the staff were brilliant and extremely helpful. An extremely pro-active broup of people. The location was fine - but for Christmas shopping I would give a 2!

out of 5As a senior citizen I paid £13.50p for a ticket which entitled me to visit all exhibits once, in the historical dockyard. And the ticket lasts for a year so you do not need to cram it all in on one day. Excellent value
