out of 5As we only travelled a few miles from home we know the area quite well. The main idea of our break was to enjoy a quite Christmas day birthday away from our busy day to day life. So the hotel was great, food, facilities and entertainment were excellent. Of course being local we visited our children and relatives on christmas day. Overall a great time.

out of 5We went accross to Isle of Wight for the day and had lunce at Ryde. Returned to hotel early eveing for a lovely meal in hotel resturarant. Had a swim before breadkfast on sunday to work up appitite for breadfast.

out of 5The hotel and setting are fab but the staff are not we have now been offered a free night's accommodation as way of recompense we shall give them another go but for a 5 star hotel it was poor. The golf club was excellent and so were the staff the course was wonderful The pool and jucuzzi etc were great but it would have been nice to have been warned that swimming lessons would be on in the afternoon
