The jacuzzi was green and smelly and the beauty room was closed until further notice due to staffing problems. The break was a treat for me and my daughters as the eldest was off to University. I told the Manager of my problems and he couldn't have been more generous and helpful - also the Receptionist was extremely pleasant. So although the hotel package I was expecting was disappointing, the staff were extremely understanding.

Was great but the food and drinks were a little pricy. very comfortable You have to go on the Duck tours. Well worth the money and love it when the bus drives into the Thames and turns into a river boat.

My Nephew's Wedding

My nephew got married on Saturday 19th May at the Marwell Hotel. After the ceremony we went on the Sunset Safari and the guide couldn't have been more accommodating. Stayed overnight and the room was lovely, everything you would need. Would definitely go again.

We went to Winchester for my cousins passing out parade but had time to nip into Winchester. Visit Cadogan & James for a lovely cup of tea and a fabulous array of food to buy. Great chocolate cake.. Staff ther are so pleasant and very polite.
